The Humble Pig Cafe — Restaurant in Molalla

I work for City Parks taking seniors on excursions and they include a destination for lunch. Where we were suppose to go was unpredictably closed but had gotten referral to The Humble Pig; happy we did! Nice pleasant customer service with seven of us walking in during lunch hour on a weekday. Cute small space. I think I understood husband and wife team originally from Portland (went to Benson and Madison?). My Italian Boss sandwich bread was wonderfully soft unlike some molar busting baguette I've had. Meats sliced perfectly, shaved lettuce great and the caper aioli spread wonderful. Was told they go to two places in Portland to buy breads and the husband "does the meats." I gather cure, smoke and slice? Extremely good! Reasonably priced. I'm recommending to other Lead's on...

The Humble Pig Cafe is sooo stinkin' cute. ADORABLE! Like I couldn't get over how precious it is. The staff is WONDERRRFULLL! Seriously, they are impressive and they were so patient with me. I'm an indecisive b*tch, so it definitely takes a special person to deal with me trying to figure out what I want to eat. The food is AMAZINGGGG! The texture, the flavor, the presentation - PERFECTION! I drove like 40-something minutes to get there from Vancouver and 10/10, I would do it again. I only gave 5 stars because it wouldn't let me give 11. I don't usually do reviews, but like I just HAD to put my experience into words! It is clear that the owners put so much heart into every detail of this restaurant. The prices were shockingly low for the huge, huge portions you receive. Every bite of the food we ordered was bursting with flavor. Our loaded potato dish had generous amounts of every topping. Our sandwich plates were completely stuffed with tons of every condiment and layer. We were treated to such a warm, kind service throughout. Not only were there tons of beautiful artwork hanging from the walls, there were also inspiring messages and ideas written in plain sight. This business also uses compostable to go containers. 😊
