Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Monroe Township

Worst dairy queen I have ever been to. I order a six piece chicken strip basket that is automatically suppose to come with toast and white pepper gravy. I understand franchises and understand it's still a corperation.which means if a chicken strip basket is suppose to come with chicken strips fries toast and white pepper gravy. I pay ten bucks for a six piece chicken strip basket up sized to a large I don't get toats or gravy. Even the commercials show it all included in the meal. Then I didn't even get my large fry. McDonald's got sued for false advertisement. You don't put pictures up showing the gravy and toast coming with something and commercials basically telling you that the toast and gravy coming with it. I will be calling the corporate offices then i will be calling a few lawyers. So I got my money back bc I didn't even get a large fry with my non toast non gravy chicken strip basket then went to Arbys where they made me happy and gave me an actual large fry with my gyros and brisket meal which only costed five bucks more. You don't mess with a southern man's food. And I don't know who Jennifer shrawder is but it showed up like this...

The employees were courteous, but lacked training in being overly nice like you need to be and lack of training on taking and fulfilling orders. When ordering a 3 piece chicken meal deal, a 2-piece was what was entered. There is no 2-piece meal deal and the words "meal deal" were clearly and loudly spoken. The place is currently under renovation, so I understand that is disruptive. We ordered "dine-in" with blizzards to come with the meal. The meal got delivered by someone other than our cashier and we asked if the blizzards were on their way and she said that they should be coming soon. When almost finished with our food, I went up, and the blizzards were forgotten by our original cashier, so the second person said she would make them. The blizzards were made 3-4 minutes later and I went up to get them. They had almost no toppings in them. Maybe 3 pieces of cookie dough in one and 3 or 4 in another with almost no chocolate in an "extreme" blizzard. Very disappointing, and I get the impression they are being skimpy...

SvrCk:124, AKA Simona cheerfully took our order. We were not sure of what we wanted when we pulled up. She was very understanding and showed us kindness and patience. Too often I find restaurant personnel who are pushed by the company to rush the customer through, and this rush often comes through as rude disdain in the communication and it is very off-putting. In this case Simona remained cheerful and kind when I told her we needed a moment to decide. She did not rush me, and she was ready and helpful when we were ready to place our order. I suffer with chronic Anxiety, so when I am rushed, I cannot concentrate and it actually takes me longer to calm, focus, and choose. Today I was not confronted with this issue.
