McDonald's — Restaurant in Monroe Township

This is the worst McDonald's! Don't think calling the manager to complain will help...or even corporate, because nobody cares! I went through the drive thru and because the drink was put in the system incorrectly,I was told I need to pay attenion to what was on the order screen next time...WOW, that's just great customer service, said no one. And don't go too late, you'll get food that has sat around all evening, and nothing you order will be correct. But, when you go to get your money back the manager you spoke with doesn't have a note for anyone else to know what's going on, so you wait 30 minutes to be told you are basically lying and they can't do anything. Then the manager I spoke with happens to call and they clear it all up, but don't come out and tell you anything...you have to ask a crew member to go get the manager to talk to them. What a joke!!!! I know it's fast food but this McDonald's shouldn't even be aloud to operate!!! Thanks corporate for getting back with me, you're just as professional as the manager's you employee....that sleep in the office in the back that your customers can blatantly see as the pay for their order. Worst...

I would rate the food 5 stars because it's McDonald's right ??? We all know what it tastes like. The reason for the one star is because if you like hitting the drive thru, driving home and finding out you have someone else's order then this is the place to go. I'm on a restricted diet and have been waiting 2 months to go get my steak egg and cheese bagel. Bought the wife a sausage mcmuffin with egg as well and 2 hot sauces for my bagel ( you must try it ). Upon arriving home we discovered 2 sausage mcmuffins with no egg and a few brown napkins.

I would like to see the sticker on every drive through order that says " checked for accuracy " at this point a second pair of eyes on it wouldn't hurt. You all do it if I order a double cheeseburger with extra ketchup. Time to get back to the grass roots. Love the food when it's mine. Please take this as a kind gesture to check your order accuracy.

Ps: to the public. It is not shameful to hold up the drive through line to check your own order.

Went through the drive thru and ordered 4 big macs for my self and another veteran who was with me. Got our food and driving back to the American legion and my friend said dude there's no beef patties on my big Mac. So i went back to the restaurant and was told by one of the kids working there, that they didn't have a manager and my food was non refundable..I said then I will call the sheriff because you took my money and I didn't get what I ordered. Finally the manager came out and I showed her all 4 big macs and she laughed and said there pulling pranks on people. I looked at her and said messing with someone's food isn't a joke. I ask for my money back and as I was waiting for my money another customer which was an elderly lady and her husband was returning there food as well. Guess what no beef patties on there sandwiches either. What a way to run a business. Never again will this place get my business or any of my friends. I have already showed pictures of our sandwiches and doing my best to make it go viral and close...
