7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Monroe

Mostly sharing for service experience. I am indifferent on the food and atmosphere. Looks to appeal to younger crowd. My order was taken and received quickly, however, I still had to wait in line for 15+ minutes on the inside lane because the customer in the front of the line was missed and a very large order was placed at the window after those behind them already placed and received their orders. Even when asking an employee how we could leave after already waiting, I was just told the reason for the wait and that it shouldn't be much longer. I feel like more could have been done to help those leave that already had their order. While the outside lane was smoothly flowing we were stuck until the full order was received by the front car...

4+ employees stared at us for 5+ minutes without taking our order. They each kept looking at each other and giggling like they were trying to convince each other to take our order. Eventually one finally did. Overall a weird experience and I’m not sure why they were looking at us like we had 3 heads or why it took so long for one of them to come take our order. The whole ordeal came across very rude and lazy. I’ve been here on Saturdays and the staff has always been above and beyond lovely but today was a different story. Coffee was still...

I stopped going here after their management or franchise owner insisted they only do military discount for those in uniform despite there being zero military bases anywhere near this location. Not only that but the Marines don’t allow you to be in uniform off base anyway. I find that to be disrespectful. It’s unfortunate that you can join the military from this area and get sent all over the world, but come back to this town you joined from and not rate a veteran discount...
