During this time of crisis Super 1 has really dropped the ball and this is very sad especially to those of us who have at risk family members who are unable to get out and purchase their own groceries. When trying to purchase groceries for my household, my significant other was also puchasing groceries for his house and for his mother who lives alone and recently had surgery. I purchased my items without a problem, but as he was checking out with his mother's groceries he was told he could not do two separate transactions. Then, he was told he could only purchase one bread item per household which means you choose for either sliced bread, hamburger buns, or hotdog buns. We tried to explain we all live in separate places and his mother asked us to pick her up a few items since she is unable to leave her residence due to the restrictions now in place. The manager who seem not to care, basically along with the two cashiers accused us of hoarding and refuse to sell him the bread items for his mother even with her on the phone pleading for her items. Keep in mind he was buying a loaf of bread and hamburger buns for his house and hamburger and hotdog buns for his mother. Shame on Super 1, the cashier yelling they can't do that from the other register instead of taking care of the people in her line, and the unconcerned manager there today. What if this was their mother or grandmother? I guarantee you their family members would have received...

Good prices and polite employees. It's an older store, but that's OK. They keep things stocked nicely. Saving $1.00/lb on beef vs Brookshires for the same meat from the same warehouse is worth it to me. Bone in rib roast for $5.77 vs $6.99. New front end needs some work. There is not enough space in the entrance to self check out. People checking out end up blocking the entrance with their buggies.

Still have better price on rib roast, but it's $6.97 for better price now. Oak Grove sweet potatoes can't be beat. Their big meat quality and price is typically good. Thing Boston butt, brisket, even beef ribs. Update. Great price on some pretty briskets!! Always great...

I'm down and couldn't go to the store for myself. I did an online pickup order and asked for no substitutes and my items got substituted. One of my items didn't show out of order when ordering but I didn't get it and when I called the store I was told it was not in stock. The shopper texted and told me they were shopping but no text or call that my item was not in nor substitutes in the sizes after I said no substitutes. The owner wanted me to have someone to bring the wrong items back for a refund after I had to find someone to pick these items up. That is not a resolution to me.
