Horrible experience. Went with husband for a nice dinner. It was busy. The waitress had to tell us how busy they were and short staffed and complain to us about it. Not very professional at all. When we said we were ready to order, we started ordering and she walked away. It was very rude. We asked if we made her mad as to her reason for walking away. She told us no, but they are very busy and she wasn't just going to stand here so we could all just stare at each other. I think it was 2 hours before we made it out of there. She didn't check on us while we waited. She brought the wrong appetizer and then brought the right one and took the wrong one away after being at our table. She could have left it due to her error, but she didn't. It also wasn't very sanitary if she delivered it to another table after being at ours. She brought out our coleslaw and cottage cheese way before the meal that should have been with the meal. Didnt get my drink refilled at all but she walked past 3 times. So did other waitresses. No one offered to refill my drink. But at the very end when we were ready to go she offered to refill my drink. We wanted the bill so we could leave. She brought the bill and then wanted to keep coming back to check on us at the very end probably to hope she would get a good tip. Even though she was horrible the whole time except the end. We will never ever ever go back! Horrible...

Unfortunately was quite disappointed first off we really wanted to go to Bonnie's but they were not open. I ordered the prime rib my wife ordered a filet mignon. Neither one had any seasoning whatsoever on them and the filet was very tasteless I've had the prime rib from there before and it was quite good but it sure was not this last time I talked to the lady when I paid the bill let her know that the meal was not good there was no mention of taking anything off the bill or doing anything other than she'd let them know. When you pay $60 for a meal you expect it to be much better than it was and if you really had a gripe you would think that they would bend over to make things right either give you a coupon for something off the next time you go in or take five or 10%...

Luck o' the Irish was definitely not with us this St. Pat's. Giving this 2 stars because we ordered curb side pick up, so can't speak to atmosphere. The food itself is a gracious 1 star. This is in regards to the Corned Beef and Cabbage dinners. I DO NOT recommend. The "Corned Beef" looked more like bacon, than beef; there was so much fat and so little meat. The vegetables were woefully undercooked (even the onions had crunch) and completely unseasoned. The only "flavor" added to the vegetables (soggy salad?) was butter. That's it. I will definitely never order this disappointment again and, given the experience, am not likely to risk trying anything else from their menu, in the future. What...
