Smoothie King — Restaurant in Monroe

Í specifically want to shout out the Smoothie King in Monroe GA on Spring St. Ever since you opened you have provided excellent customer service. I always ordered the smoothie bowl Gogo Berry added with cocoa nibs and chocolate hazelnut drizzle. Every single time I get this they eat!! ((ebonic slang my kids say lol) It's the perfect frozen temperature along with fresh fruits and the drizzle is always pretty. I mean the presentation is superb. I've moved to Katy Texas now. I don't get the same service, fresh fruits and presentation as I did on Spring St. I miss you guys. I've tried several in my area and nobody gives like the employees on Spring Street in Monroe Ga. Y'all rock. I don't even want it anymore. I had to do this review because y'all...

Wow!!! I’m a smoothie king fan and have visited locations all over Georgia. Never have I visited a location this good, consistent and friendly. The level of service and friendliness and PERFECT orders every SINGLE time is refreshing and is good for the soul. Not only is this the best Smoothie King location I’ve ever been to taste wise…. They are super friendly and the manager/owner remembers me - always nice. In a world where being nice and kind seems harder to find these days… I am always so impressed. I tell everyone I know. I hope they are hugely successful because you don’t find many businesses like this.

I went to pick up 2 smoothies that my niece ordered for her and I this morning (11.23.24). The two staff members were so pleasant and provided outstanding customer service. They greeted me as I walked, they asked me how my day was thus far. It felt like I was at a spa (same type of customer service). I was not feeling my best going in (have a lot going on) but their warmness made me feel brighter. I appreciated that. I definitely plan to order and visit this store again. I hope my next visit is as nice as my first. The sit were also nice and comfy and the place...
