Long story…15 cars in drive through so i go inside. Waited over 10 min for my coffee. As they handed it to me i saw a big nasty bug crawling on the counter, the girl saw me looking at it, looked at it herself and walked away allowing the bug to live and wander(it was gross I couldn't even identify what it was). 5 min later i ask about the sandwiches i was waiting for and the person looks back and says oh they are restocking. I was watching the entire time and through my whole experience i did not see one other kitchen item pass to the drive through. What was this person doing? It gets worse. A girl who, im assuming, was an assistant manager (because she spoke about needing a closer) came in went to the end of the counter and had them make her and her boyfriend a drink before anyone else. And while she waited she kept calling people over to look at her phone and what she wore the night before. 10 min later i finally get my sandwiches. So 30 min for 2 coffees and 2 sandwiches while they helped a coworker who came in after everyone who went out of her way to distract 5 of the 10 people working, allowed bugs to roam free. I dont mind waiting if it’s reasonable (i.e. understaffed which they were not) at all times about 3 people werent doing anything. If you hire children you cant have a child as manager you need someone to hold them accountable. We will never go to the monroe dunkin ever again especially now that i saw the lack of sanitation. Thank god there is a starbucks coming and hopefully the hire an adult to oversee. Update: They have new staff so we went to try it out again and it seems to have...
Read moreI went in a day early in person to make a special order for 8 lattes to be picked up at 8:05 the next day. The cashier wrote down my order I asked if I needed to pay she said no and I said are you sure it's this is what needs to be done and she said yes. The next day I showed up at 8:03 to pay for my order and to pick up the lattes to take to the teaching staff at his school. They had not started the order nor did they even acknowledge that there had been a special order placed but they said that they could do it and so I waited. 15 other people came in inside and left, I don't know how many went through the drive-thru. I asked how much longer at 8:15 and they said they were finishing up it up now. At 8:20 I told them that if they weren't done I had to leave and I needed a refund. When I asked how or what was the correct way to place a special order just in case I ever decide to come back here the cashier was rude and hostile and said that they're supposed to write it on a piece of paper I said that's what the other cashier did and she said no it was written on the back of a receipt. It's not my job as a customer to know how you are supposed to place a special order when the cashier does it. And I don't understand why people think they're doing me a favor by doing their job. I had planned to take lattes to the teachers that stand outside during carpool hours and in the front office while the doors are open in the middle of winter. Thanks Dunkin Donuts for ruining my son's surprise, and...

the restaurant is poorly owned dirty and run down. There is always a longer wait. The crew is always overwhelmed and their talent is not recognized because there are several leaders I saw on this afternoon shift there.
Kati and her crew were great. She had a professional caring attitude. She made sure that the crew followed my dietary restrictions with charisma despite the ongoing Rush that probably have been going on for hours. I saw a her leadership very present when she kept the lines going both at the drive-thru and Carry out with a great attitude.
She wasn't the only one: I saw several young ladies give great effort towards customer satisfaction with a smiling face and upbeat energy. I appreciate kati's desire to get my order correct and her concern when she thought it was wrong despite the rush that occurred.
Kati needs a promotion and a fat raise and all of those young ladies on that crew and the men in the back kitchen need to be promoted and supported that franchise and Dunkin' donuts corporate. At least a letter of recommendation. Please keep up the good work Katie and crew. You lost professionalism...
