PJ's Coffee — Restaurant in Monroe

We are from TX but were in Monroe for a softball tournament and went to this PJ’s for the first time on Saturday morning and the staff there was so sweet and helpful. They told me all about the menu and made wonderful recommendations and they got everything out soooo fast! We went back this morning before we headed back to TX and the lady there not only remembered me but also remembered what I ordered (I wish I had her name cuz she was amazing). She is an asset to the company for sure because I was thoroughly impressed. Anyways we made to TX with leftover beignets and they are STILL CRISP! I couldn’t believe it. They were an 11/10 hot and fresh but even 12 hours later they were still a 10/10. I would highly recommend...

My friend asked for a cafe au lait and the server responded “do you want milk with that…” I asked for a latte and was given a cafe au lait. You decide - do you want to buy coffee from a shop that doesn’t know coffee….

Went back a second time and this is what happened: my friend ordered a medium size latte and was served a small, I ordered a medium hot latte and was served a medium cold. The barista remade both coffees and still got it wrong on my order. My order was remade a third time.

Barista’s messed up our order, we ordered 2 large drinks, the coffee was bitter and didn’t not taste of what we order at all. It’s tasted like all they did was make the coffee with espresso and put milk in it, was not sweet like we thought it would have tasted. We order the southern wedding cake iced latte and it was not good at all. The only 1 star that this place gets is for the beignets. They were good but the coffee was down...
