This is the 3rd time my coworkers decided to take our clients to this place for lunch. The 1st two times we ate here were good. This time was bad enough for us to decide not to return again. Our server started off ok. We ordered our food. We told her we needed separate checks because our clients, who have a needs, have their own funds, and we needed show their expenses. She started to become host because we asked for seperate checks. Then, half through our meal, my co-worker ordered a take out order and asked for another separate check. This is when she outwardly because frustrated with this request. She told us the resteraunt's charges the table one check, but she said she will make an exception this time. My co-worker and i looked at each other not believing what she just said. This is the 1st time we heard this. She returned to the table, and i asked her are we receiving seperate checks again to clarify. She told me yes with a stronger attitude. This time my co-worker and i started to become angry, but we couldn't show this because the clients who were with us can be violent during any confrontation. So, we didn't start anything with her. We leave the resteraunt and realized we forgot to take our to go order. We call the resteraunt and let them know we are will return to grab the meal. When i arrive, the bartender goes and looks for our server, Peg, who comes put with and out right sign of angry, drops, the food order on the bar, and without even looking at me, walks away from. I couldn't believe this woman is permitted to do this to customers!!!!! If want you terrible service with an attitude, dine at this resteraunt and request Peg for server. This is is 3rd and last time will be dining at this resteraunt because if she is so brazen to do this, then this type of service is probably what is acceptable to this mgt style. We tipped her less than 5% which we was too much. So, goodbye...

I was sat in a section where there were two large parties, so I knew almost immediately that service might be slow. I wasn’t necessarily in a hurry so that’s not a big deal.
The server was not very personable or kind. She did not check to see if I needed refills nor did she circle back to see if my meal was correct or how things were. When I would ask for a favor/help, she was in so much of a rush to move on from me that I couldn’t even ask for the refills she didn’t offer on her own let alone finish my sentence. Clearly I wasn’t much of a priority. Furthermore, as I was finishing up, one of her coworkers was sent to provide me with my check, but they never did. Instead, they put it on the table NEXT TO ME, and therefore I waited about 20 minutes for the server to discover this happened and gave a mere apology. At this point I was fed up.
I understand when restaurants are a little overwhelmed, but you can tell when servers are genuinely grateful for your patience and try their best for you. Sometimes they even share that they are slammed and apologize for any delays in advance - this wasn’t the case.
The food is always fairly low quality. My son and I ordered pasta entrees, with sauce, and it’s basically tomato noodle soup because the kitchen does not care to strain the noodles properly. The spaghetti and meatballs taste like chef boyardee.
I like coming here because of the atmosphere and despite what others say - APPEARS clean. This visit was the final straw for me. I could not possibly deal with this bologna again.
The only thing that went right was the food came out in a very timely manner and the other employees are fairly kind…host and the busses.
I won’t be back and will go elsewhere when I have a desire...
Read moreLet me start off by saying the food was wonderful and delicious. I have zero complaints about the amazing eggplant parmesan and the Cesar salad with my meal. The rest of my group of 4 also seemed very satisfied. With that out of the way the rest of my experience was far from optimal. For this review I took multiple pictures of the atmosphere, on my way out I attempted to take a photo of the bar and the entrance when an employee accidentally walked into my shot. I immediately apologized and said "sorry I didn't mean to get you in the picture" I waited for him to step to the side and I took another picture of the bar and entrance. The employee then followed me to my vehicle and confronted me about the picture. He said "I know what you're trying to do, don't you take a picture of me in my place of work" at this point I became extremely irate. I proceeded to explain it was an accident and that it was for my review and he would not accept that and continued to yell at me. I asked the individual to please go away and that it was an accident and I'd delete the picture. This was not good enough for this individual so he would not go away and physically blocked the rest of my group from getting into the vehicle. I cannot believe this employee acted so aggressively over this incident I'm blown away. I've decided due to his extreme lack of professionalism I'd add the picture to this review so hopefully the management staff can handle this staff member appropriately. I'm extremely disappointed in this incident and denunzios and I do not plan to visit this location again. My anger did present some profanity on my end, but I believe it was justified.
