Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Monrovia

I have been using Uber for a year and a half. The worst experience was today. I ordered Dominos in the United States. It was a normal order. After waiting, I did not receive the result. I did not hear any phone notifications in the room. On the Ubet platform I didn’t see the delivery information notification on my phone, and then it automatically confirmed the delivery. I went out to check and there was nothing left at the door. After asking the landlord, I found out that the delivery person took it away after arriving at the door. The landlord once said that it was okay. Leave it at the door and we will come out to get it, but the delivery person disagrees and insists on taking the pizza away. I was surprised when I found out, what kind of service is this? I'm going to be hungry tonight. Very bad feeling. I already paid the tip on the Uber platform. Do I need another tip? Can this Dominos delivery person take away the food I purchased at will? Because I paid on the platform, as a payment collection platform, you should have the responsibility to protect your customers' food, even though you later refunded me. But I think this Dominos is too barbaric. Worst feeling,...

I used my coupon for free parmesan bites with our order of two medium pizzas and everything went through ok with the online ordering process. When we arrived at the store to pick up our order they gave us our total and handed us our food.

Then the manager who was on the phone stops the cashier and asks for our coupon for the bread bites. I have been allowed to use the same exact coupon multiple times before so I did not think to bring it. They have never asked for it so why would I? The manager grabs the bread bites from us and just throws it on the back counter and resumes her conversation on the phone. Like damn even the cashier was looking at her like did she really just do that?

I feel like the manager pulled a bait and switch on us like you already gave us the food and then took it back while we were handing you money. I really was about to just walk out but I was with my friend who was hungry otherwise I would have.

I don't think it would bother me so much if she was a little more pleasant about it but it's the way she did it I think that makes me upset. I will definitely not be coming back to this establishment. If I could rate it lower than 1...

We ordered three pizzas. They actually came out really good. They were really fresh and great timing. Whatever extra that we requested like the marinara sauce they put it on the pizza. Which we paid for of course. But still some places don’t give u what u pay for. So it really made the pizza taste great. The only downfall is we asked for the whole pizza pineapple and half of it pepperoni other half of it jelapeno I only got five jalapeno.- and that side had little Pineapple 🤷🏼. The pizza had a lot of bubble in the bread. 🤷🏼. The wings were just perfect!! Soft and tender, and enough buffalo sauce. Now the guy who brought us the pizza. Was nice!! And attentive as I asked...
