La Noria is not Los Victors. It was sold and we have new owners and different recipes. Mini tacos are very good. Almost everything is ok but the bean and cheese burrito. Too small and the taste is lacking. Many times the rice gets dry. My favorite is the Krazy Burrito, full on breakfast in a tortilla. They say they open at 6, nobody gets there until about 8.
