The food is Great but the service was terrible! I placed an online order for pick up. Got there, waited in line and told the lady what order I was there to pick up - she told me to stand to the side and they would get it ready. I waited to the side for 20 minutes - watching atleast 20 people come place their orders and get multiple tacos before mine came out. Then I had to go back and wait another 10 minutes in line to check in again with the same lady that already knew I was waiting on my order. Only then did they actually begin making my order - 20 minutes After the scheduled pick up time. I tried to speak with someone to explain what happened and the only response was "we're very busy." I understand being busy, but my order was placed 3 hours before any of those other customers even got there. They served all the call-in orders that were placed after mine and made atleastt 3 dozen tacos for people who got to the truck After I had already checked in. Great little taco truck. I was skeptical at first because I don't really like the restaurant that it is outside of but not was I wrong. First of all the service was great. They took my order very fast and got my order correct all the way up to the bacon extra crispy. I got the Cadillac taco as seen on the picture. Make sure you get extra queso to add that creamy texture. As soon as I took the first bite I fully approved these tacos. I had two of them and was fully satisfied. So my daughter wanted to try the breakfast tacos for her 18th birthday breakfast. I ordered online and my husband picked them up. He never checks orders before leaving. When he got home I realized we were short one taco. It was crazy busy and I get it mistakes happen. Had I known how big the tacos were, I would have only ordered 1 taco each instead of 2.
