While I was impressed with the store, my experience ordering was not. I stopped by in person on a Monday and was greeted by Stacy who was very friendly and informative. I told her and showed an example of what I was looking for and she said that yes they could do that and suggested I could go and place my order online. I was looking for a transfer stick for a baby shower, welcome sign. I sent in my info with detailed information of what I needed, (along with a follow up email with attachment of an example) and that I needed it by Thursday morning of that same week. I was told it could be done and the price, and that they would need it to be prepaid before starting. No problem. They sent me the invoice, I paid, and even followed up the following day to see that they did indeed receive payment. I was then sent a phone text the afternoon before I requested to proof before printing. I responded it was good to go.
Thursday, noon, I stop into the store to pick up and they advise that the person who does this would be there in five minutes, as my order was not ready. When they arrive I'm then told that they did not receive a response and it would be 1:30 before it would be ready. I begged a little more to get sooner, the earliest they could have ready was 1:00. I had to decline as I am packed and on the road on my way out of town to the baby shower.
I did receive a refund and appreciate that, however, I am a bit disappointment that I began this on Monday, and by Thursday noon, it was still not completed.
I'm sure I will shop again at some point, but advise if you are submitting online, I suggest you check, double check, and triple check that your order is going to be ready as...
Read moreI bought a roll of pink heat vinyl and it ruined the jacket I was trying to put it on. It melted the plastic the vinyl was covered with and the vinyl would not adhere (my heat press was on the correct setting) My friend told me she had the same thing happen to her and that they replaced the vinyl and told her they sometimes get bad vinyl. That won't fix the ruined jacket but at least I wouldn't be out the vinyl so when I came down this weekend I was explaining to the girl that was checking me out and she stated that she had never had any complaints and that she wasn't aware of any problems, so I told her my friend had told me it happened to her and that she was told they sometimes get bad vinyl and that they replaced her vinyl, then the girl changed her story and said sometimes they do get bad vinyl. She didn't offer to replace it or anything. I bought 3 shirts the same day and needed to exchange them and now since the “boss” is watching. They won’t do it. Teach all your staff to follow the rules. Not just some of them.
