Went there for the first time last night. Paid $8 at the entrance to go inside (the staff at the entrance were so unmotivated and were looking as they were forced to be there) we should’ve left just based on this behavior, but we decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Inside, there was a live band chilling on their stage, tables were nicely spaced and numbered. We picked a table, and it felt like being in Home Depot—there were staff around, but it didn’t feel like they were actually there. No one asked if we needed anything or was available to help when we called. I went and found one staff member and asked if the seats were reserved since each table had a number on it. His reply was that he wasn’t sure and told us to ask someone else later. Huh? But the way he listened and answered was as he didn't like that I asked him. Okay, we decided to sit at the table that we have picked and see what would happen. We waited about half an hour, and still no one approached us. I finally found one staff member and asked how things worked here. We were first-timers and didn’t know where to get a menu to order from—do we go to the bar even though we’re sitting at a table? He told us that we should go to the back (as if we knew there was a back of the bar?) and mentioned that all tables would soon be taken away. We were confused but followed him to the back. It was a totally different area that looked like a small kitchen, with a lousy atmosphere because the staff were in the corner talking and not paying attention to seated customers. Eventually, a waiter came, and we managed to order drinks while trying to figure out what to expect.
The band started playing after 10:30 pm, and we went to the front for some fun. Well, first of all, there was absolutely no reason to take all the tables away since only the people around the podium were dancing. Half of the room was filled with people standing around like penguins. So why take all the tables? It’s beyond me. Also, the place is definitely for younger people (18–30), and the music was like a teenager’s beach party. We left after 30 minutes of lame music and an uncomfortable atmosphere. The vibe would’ve been completed with weed and hookah, based on the atmosphere. It was missing only that. I just wanted to share my experience, explain, and help people who are trying to figure out about this place before...
Read moreI just had one of the rudest experiences I could ever had at a sports bar. A group of my friends and I had to sit near the back because the bar was pretty full which was fine, we didn’t mind at all. The football game that we came to watch was pretty far away and the TV that was right in front of us was playing a poker game that no one was watching or paying any attention to so we asked the waitress if it would be ok to change the channel to the main football game that everyone came there to see. She said she didn’t know how and that she would get the manager to do it. We asked her multiple times as that was the main reason we even came to the bar. The entire group of us spent a good amount of money there ordering beer and food. She never ended up changing the channel which she could have just tried to do it herself, it’s not that hard or she could have gotten the manager like she said she would. It was the rudest thing ever, she watched us have to watch the game on our PHONES!! Not to mention, I drove 30 minutes just to meet friends to come here. I couldn’t believe how rude she was just watching us all have to watch the games on our cell phones. I would never, ever come back here again after spending so much money. My friends and I were so disappointed and we couldn’t believe how rude that was when we asked so nicely multiple times. Not one person was paying attention to a poker game that was playing. I will never come back here again. You should really train your staff to be more considerate and accommodating to people who spend so much money there. Truly shocking how...
