My son and I were in mood for some delicious Mexican sweet bread. Therefore in running some errands on Saturday morning, I decided to stop at the given Bakery. I looked for a tray to places the selected pastries. There was none. We had the option of of selecting from the typical Styrofoam container for carry out food, and your normative cardboard normatively used for a dozen donuts or so. I selected the cardboard box to place the chosen pastries, since I did not want to crush the pastries When I went to pay , the lady much to my surprise gave me an unfriendly look, when she saw the container I had chosen, and proceed to charge me $9.00 for only 5 pastries of Mexican sweet bread I bought, and continued with her unpleasantness throughout the transaction. Read more6 bolillos 7 regular pan dulces almost $15 dollars?!?! The bakery has changed very much throughout the years. The bread used to be exceptional and the bolillos flavorful. The pan dulce was dry and tasted below most other bakeries. The bolillos we're flavorless and covered with flour which made The Taste even more bland. You couldn't make a decent torta with the bolillos cuz they were so flat like somebody had sat on them! Enough venting, I'm very disappointed with the panadería.
