Responding to the owner, I’d like to clarify the facts. The package in question was clearly addressed to your business by mistake, and I immediately reached out to arrange its return. At no point did I “force” you to pay for shipping. I repeatedly offered to provide a pre-paid return label, which is standard practice in these situations.
Unfortunately, despite my attempts to resolve this quickly and professionally, my communications have gone unanswered, and my stock—valued at over $2,000—has not been returned.
My only goal is to recover my property. I hope you will reconsider and work with me to resolve this matter in good faith, as retaining goods that were never purchased or ordered by your business is not appropriate.

I am extremely disappointed with Romance Boutique Secrets and their dishonest business practices. I accidentally sent them a package meant for another store, containing over $2,000 worth of stock. Instead of returning it to me, they have chosen to keep it and are now completely ignoring my attempts to contact them.
This kind of deceitful behavior is unacceptable and speaks volumes about their integrity. A legitimate business would have done the right thing and returned the package. I strongly caution anyone considering working with them—if they are willing to take advantage of a simple shipping mistake, imagine what else they might do.
I will be taking further action to recover my stock, but in the meantime, I hope this serves as a warning to others. Avoid them...
Read moreI had a very disappointing experience at this faja store. The staff put me into a faja that was three sizes too small without properly explaining sizing or asking about my comfort. They strongly encouraged me to wear it out of the store, which I trusted was standard — but what they failed to clarify was that doing so would void any chance of an exchange or return. When I came back shortly after, hoping to exchange it for a different size, I was told they couldn't accept it because I had worn it out, even though that was their suggestion in the first place. At no point was I made aware that this would impact my ability to return or exchange the item. Overall, I felt misled and taken advantage of. Clear communication and transparency are the bare minimum in customer service, especially for products like fajas that require proper sizing and comfort. I would not recommend this store to others and strongly urge them to improve their policies and how they communicate them...

I spent 2 hrs trying to squeeze myself into something Wandelyn was very patient with me. I wasn't fitting in anything and I didn't want to leave empty handed traveling that far. She was excellent at balancing helping my needy butt and other customers that came in & out. We had good conversation. I was so indecisive because they didn't have exactly what I was looking for but I finally found something and left a very happy camper do to her excellent customer service and trust me I was being less then nice initially and she completely turned my mood around.
