Update: The store made it right by special ordering the correct size of overalls at no extra cost. I will update this to 4 stars (used to be 3) because they did make it right in my opinion, but I should not have had to fight for them to swap the clothes for the correct size. Return policy/customer satisfaction could use a little work, but I will be returning here to buy clothes if needed. The quality of clothes are very good. Previous: Good store but their return policy is absolutely atrocious. They wouldn't let me try on some coveralls, but they said I can return them if they don't fit. I came back in to return them and apparently you have to return within 7 days to get a refund. The product had never been worn (other than to try it on at home) and you can definitely see it is like new. You are better off just buying from some other store if you aren't sure if it will fit because most places are 14 days at least, sometimes 30 days. Product quality was good, but did not fit right at all. I had to fight them for store credit which they would honor with an online purchase exchange. Overall not a great experience. I do not think I will be coming back. The employees were nice and apologetic, and they tried to make it work, which is why the 3 star review instead of 1. Yo this spot is awesome. The set up is great, by brand & they got a variety. Work wear, street wear, work wear for the street, street wear for work, whatever.
