Bought furniture yesterday and the guy mentioned that we would get a call from his mom because she takes care of organizing the delivery. First of all she is rude, and they don’t organize anything. She said after 5 and I said ok just give me a time because I have things to take care of and she said they would call 30 mins before. Very irritating, we went back and forth on the phone because I needed to leave the house and I just needed a time. Anywho, not buying here again simply because of the customer service, yes it’s her business but the way she handled the call from the beginning was enough to let me know that once someone buys, they don’t care about the service they will give. These guys try to sell cheap furniture and make their profit off of the 25% restocking fee. It’s a scam and eventually they will receive a law suit when enough people who got scammed get together. If the furniture comes damaged or breaks with normal use within a week the customer shouldn’t be liable to that 25% restocking fee. It can’t be legal to sell damaged/cheap products that will break easily and make money expecting the 25% restocking fee. If this is the case you guys should be looking into opening a furniture with cheap easily...

My mother bought this table from swapmeet of chino the lady sold it for 310 dollars she said it would be ready in 3 weeks not true waited for her call and nothing we went every Sunday to the swapmeet and she told us she would call a 2 months passed It finally was ready I picked it up on 08/20/2022 and got home to put it together for my mom and we noticed multiple scratches I don't recommend this place stay away...
