I have nearly 35M views. You'd figure I keep track of my reviews. For constantly deleting my honest reviews, you get 1 star and now everyone knows you inflate your ratings. Good or bad review from me, I have a high chance to get you noticed in the algorithm; think about it before abusing the system to get my reviews taken down...for like the 5th time. To get this many views, I'm doing something right.

One of the most expensive burger places of the fastfood giants but they do have some of the best burgers and sides. You get what you pay for.

Good food. Lots of tables. Lots of seats. Average seating comfortability. Alright service when it's slow, it can take a little bit to notice you inside. Good service when they're at least slightly busy. During the day there's rarely a wait inside. Nighttime there can be people. Drive-thru can be a little busy depending on the day/time.

Worst app of any fastfood place but after roasting corporate on the review site, they at least got it to finally function.

The kitchen plays bad music.

I remember I saw the older front worker Latino accidentally drop condiments onto the floor, pick it up, then walked over to give it to the drive-thru and never washed his hands after; thankfully I haven't seen him since. (Also probably why 1 review...

My friends and I went through the drive thru, 3 people total as we ordered. Two Breakfast Burger combos, and one 3 piece chicken tender by itself. The lady, in a rude tone, confirmed the order to be $43. $43 for a drive thru order! The price was absolutely abysmal. And we double checked and the total wouldn't have added up properly if we did order the 3 piece tender by itself. So, defeated we took off the tenders and somehow it was still $38 worth. So we took off a combo, and when we finally drove up and paid. As we took a look at the receipt, not only did they still charge for a combo on one of the sandwiches, but turns out even if it is a combo (includes side of hashbrowns and a drink), they charge an additional 50 cents for the orange juice. Unbelievable. I will say the service is lacking, and I cannot believe they charge so much in general. And the hashbrowns certainly were bland as well. I rarely write negative reviews, but this was an utter disappointment, leaving one of us hungry, and short a few extra dollars for items we did not receive. Not planning coming back here...

The drive through attendant does not care & does not even listen to my request to have the ketchup be placed in a separate paper bag. They recycle their ketchup packets so many times they are sticky on the outside. There is no way to confirm how contaminated is the sticky stuff, during pandemic era - every little precaution will increase your chance of not getting the virus. The vaccine does not guarantee protection as a reminder. Also I saw the one responsible for assembling the burgers took down face mask while handling food so my conclusion is they are just pretending to care about the public health. My family and I will never go back to that location of the chain for sure because Chipotle takes health and sanitation seriously plus offer us much better value for our dollars. Nowadays every penny counts in all time record high...
