McDonut's & Water — Restaurant in Montebello

I had a very disappointing experience with this location. I called ahead to order a pastrami sandwich and was told it would be ready in about 10 minutes. Since I only have a 30-minute lunch break, I placed the order. However, when I arrived, they had forgotten about my order entirely. They assured me they would prepare it quickly after I reminded them I was on my lunch break.

Once I got back to work, I discovered I was given the wrong order—a tuna sandwich instead of the pastrami I ordered. I called the location to resolve the issue, but the solutions offered were frustrating. I was told I could either return the sandwich at any time of the day to get a refund or just eat the tuna sandwich. Neither option worked for me, as my lunch break was already wasted and I didn’t have food to eat.

Additionally, they offered to credit me for the price of the tuna sandwich during my next visit instead of covering the cost of the pastrami, which is more expensive. This entire situation was poorly handled, and the customer service left me feeling very unsatisfied. My time was wasted, my lunch was ruined, and no reasonable resolution...

I ordered from here six times and it's always wrong never ever correct. Not even once look at my pics, old fashion? confetti donut? not what I ordered. I ordered raspberry jelly's, there's a plain donut in there too lol. Who replace's something with a plain donut. Also I'm highly allergic to cocoanut!!!! They put two in there, I got two donuts I ordered. And no one will do anything to refund. Don't ever buy online, there excellent to die for donuts. But go in person who ever is making there online orders. should be fired immediately you could of really...

I been supporting this adorable family for months now. Since they opened. I can't even express how amazing the menu items are. The donuts are the best tasting donuts around Montebello. The sandwiches are a must try. Plenty of sandwiches to satisfy everyone. The customer service is amazing. The woman that runs the joint is super gorgeous. This place is a must. I love coming here for lunch while at work. A++++ One great family that runs this spot....
