I ordered online, pick up time was 12:30pm, when I arrived, they didnt have my order yet, then I waited for another 20 minutes, so I asked and the manager name Maria Perez with her super unfriendly look, gave me different bags of wrong orders, which made me think it was mine, and I give it back to her. Then she said my order got taken by someone else!? So she would make another one according to my receipt name , which made me wait for 15 more minutes. When she brought the bag, I noticed the name of one of the bowls was not my family's name so I told her this is not my order, and instead of apologizing she blamed it on me that I was the one who gave the order name. No matter if it was different types of foods or not, so I said "Can I talk to your manager," she replied " Im the manager!" I said okay, where is your customer service? And make up for all these delayed and wrong orders, she said "Your the one who gave me the order with that name ! so thats the only order I've got with the other same name as you!" I was like"I paid the online order, and I need the correct order, thats about it because I have been waiting for more than an hour and I have my family waiting including my children." She goes"I dont know!" I replied by saying "So you think its my fault?" And she said back, "Its not your fault and its not my fault! And I cannot help you with you giving me that attitude!" What rudeness.
I felt so harassed by the way she treated me as a customer. I have ordered Chipotle many times and it is so unfortunate for huge company such as Chipotle hiring someone like her,...
Read moreWorst experience I’ve ever had I made an order online and I know it was my mistake ordering the wrong kids meal and not double checking but at the time I thought I had ordered the tacos for my kid my wife stepped inside to ask about it and the cashier was nice and checked the order and showed I had ordered the wrong thing but was willing to fix it as she was having the conversation with my wife the girl in the back making the online orders buds in and loudly with an attitude “No we can’t make changes they made the order if they want to change it they have to get in line and pay the re-order” it was a embarrassing situation. Same great food but the new workers are lousy...and they run out of forks and guac and salad dressing all the time, talk to their friends rather than serve the customers in their line...this place as far as customer serice has really gone downhill I will have to find a different Chipotle! Sorry to say. As in general: I love the food at Chipotle I like what it offers I like the choices I can stay on my diet... I can actually lose weight using Chipotle food as long as you avoid the cheese guacamole and some of the other stuff. But I've also had a mixed bag of the workers at this particular location sometimes they're not on point and do not seem very helpful and sometimes the crew is great you just never know. I will say I like this location a lot better than the Alhambra location for its energy and fun vibe! Also they get you through the line...
