Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Monterey Park

Placed an order online for pickup; when we (my husband and I) arrived at the store, the associates said that our order wasn’t ready. Even though we received a notification saying it was ready for pickup. The associate said they would bring out our order to the curbside when it was ready. But as they made us wait for our order, we noticed that the associate just left our order on the counter. But didn’t bother to let us know it was ready or bring it out. And when we came in to receive our order we had asked how long it was left there? The associates on duty didn’t respond, but acted if they were was “busy”.. Note, there were no pending orders and such, and all the associates were doing were talking and laughing. And when we asked for the customer service number, none of the associates would give us the number. One of them acting as the “manager on duty”; was even asking what could they do? But again, note, this associate wasn’t even a manager at all. He went from saying he was one, to the manager wasn’t there? Overall, really bad experience there at the store. Management or corporate need to better train...

I give one star to the domino's pizza because they are very selfish not give you enough for one portion I ordered large Philly stake pizza and hope I coud eat for my lunch and dinner but I can not find any stake on my salty pizza and the restrooms are not open to public, for the food you need to eat by hand you do not have anything to clean your hand or for delivery guy they need a restrooms after long hours drive there is no place to go to restrooms, or they have to make another stops somewhere else, What is wrong with this company are they humans and think about the community? Do you understand we are not dogs or cats? Even if I like your pizza and little more than other place but I not going to order any more because of that. I have been ordering deliveries from the same location for 2 years now, usually place the order online and either pay with a credit card or cash on delivery and never once they called me since the orders are simple enough, today I placed an order and stepped out of the house for a couple of minutes and for some unknown reason the genius who's running the show decides it could be a prank (only a $15 order) and calls me and since I didn't hear the phone ringing he assumed that it was a prank and canceled my order all together, of course any normal human being would simply check the history of the address and would have realized that it's a regular customer, but the manager is a teenage moron who lacks minimum levels of human intelligence ... just to say the least.
