There was an extremely aggressive and berating man on the other end of the drive thru intercom. I let him know I placed a mobile order and would like a drink substitution. Failing to hear me, he rudely asked me multiple times to repeat as he was confused and then flatly replies no you can't. You don't have a drink. Puzzled I let him know I did and have the order to which he proceeds to rudely tell me I was wrong. I tell him I'm going to see what I ordered and he replies "you don't even know what you ordered?" I'm alrdy extremely agitated at his tone from the get go and he berates me so I pull up the order after a bit and try to clearly read out what I ordered. Each time I try, he continues to ignore me until he realizes there were two Stevens that placed and order and it was an error ON HIS END. Unapologetically, he proceeds asking me what drink I want and I reply coke zero which he said diet only rudely once more before I said that's fine and pulled up. However, what put me back was a kind guy who handed me the food and understood that interaction was not OK and apologized on his behalf. Kudos to that gentleman but a very displeased experience with the man...
Read moreme & my boyfriend went the other day. when we got to the window cars were lined up behind us because nobody was taking orders. after nicely saying excuse me, a woman rudely said “don’t do that i’ll be with you shortly”. when we started ordering my boyfriend mentioned that he had a coupon after ordering his meal and the woman said to us “you should actually tell us that before we put the order in” with an attitude. we had two gift cards to pay for our meal, and when we got to the window we handed her a card and she got mad because she had to put the code in. when we went to hand her our second card to pay for our food she said “don’t hand me another card. cars are lined up behind you and food is getting cold” so we were FORCED to pay with cash. not only was the food HORRIBLE but the service was awful. customers should not be treated with disrespect just for ordering and trying to pay with a gift card. i don’t know how this establishment is okay with people like this working there; apparently i’m not the first complaint about rude service. we won’t...
Read moreBetter this time, we went there twice recently and the time before, we get to the window and are handed less than half our order. Young woman who took the order looks clueless when the young guy said to her "you didn't have a large diet for them"? and I do what her answer to him was, but she avoided even looking at us and left him to complete our order. I told him we are also missing our chicken nuggets with honey mustard. He rings up the items, and shoves a bag with the nuggets-no straw for the soda, no napkins in it or the other bag with the burgers, and no sauce and shuts the window. No "sorry" and not even a good effort to correct their screwup. Very hit-or-miss service and when it sucks, no apologies. Too bad, so sad. They all look - and act - 12. This last trip, the order was correct, and napkins in the bag without having to ask for them - who thinks people taking food to go aren't going to want napkins?
