Terrible experience speaking to the manager at the north wales location about hand rolls made incorrectly. The spicy tuna were all missing spicy mayo and sesame seeds, the shrimp ebi also didn’t have sesame seeds. At first the manager tried to tell me I ordered them that way “no sauce” then tried to say everything was on the inside of the hand rolls not the top which it wasn’t, the manager then said if I come back to the store with the hand rolls they would add the spicy mayo and sesame seeds. I live about 20 minutes from this place and was not trying to take another 40min round trip when I already drove there and back to pick it up. The manager said there was nothing else they could do as I already received a $10 discount on my order which I explained was from a stamp card I had that was full and how often I frequent their establishment and have never had an issue before this. I asked for a full refund for the hand rolls, was told they could give a refund for only 2 of them because I didn’t want to come back to the store with them all to prove they didn’t have the toppings even though I offered to send photos and videos for the proof. The manager started to say customers like myself are too stressful asking for full refunds when all that’s missing is some sauce and seeds, then offered a $20 refund, asking me never to return to this location or the one in blue bell. I said I wanted a refund for all four of the hand rolls not just for 2 or a portion but a complete refund because they messed up the order and instead of accepting that they messed up, they tried to say I ordered it that way and that it wasn’t missing but inside instead of on top. Wanted something healthy but reasonably priced for lunch. So happy I found this place in the middle of my errands where I usually spend my weekends on so I definitely will visit again. Ordered two poke bowl custom made with brown rice and LOTS of toppings and add ins including salmon. I mean you choose a base (brown rice/white rice/spring mix) then choose 7 add ins including imitation spicy mayo crab meat then choose another 5 toppings then sauce. Both my husband and I couldn’t finish ours and ate the rest for dinner. I didn’t want the rice to harden in the refridge so I kept them in a cooler bag with a couple of ice packs for like 5hrs til dinner and it was perfectly still fresh! I can’t wait to order trays for parties and try other sushi/rolls. Oh they have a self cook ramen station too. So fun ! Must try this place and I told all my friends about this place ! We have gone to the first location a lot, and when the second location in North Wales opened, we had to pay this place a visit. The new location is much bigger than the first. It feels like we are in a cafe from Korea. It’s very clean and well kept. The bathroom is honestly super clean for the amount of customers this place has going in and out steadily. We ordered ahead of time on the website and did pick up. Prices are the same and great value for the food especially since there’s a create-your-own-bowl option that they pack to the brim. I felt super full afterward. There was variety in every bite so it never felt boring. There are a lot of new features at this new location, such as a water station, ramen noodle station, lots of drinks to choose from. We sat in and ate at the tables.
