Dunkin' — Restaurant in Montgomery Township

I think the staff is is very friendly. I have no idea what the previous reviews are talking about. They probably went in during peak times and are confusing busy/rushing with unfriendly. The coffee is fresh and hot. I, personally, don't eat donuts, but my kids never complain. Also, every single Dunkin Donuts has pre-made, frozen, sandwiches that they heat up on order. That's what they do. If you expect them to crack an egg for you and flip it on a grill, go to a diner pay more and wait longer. Oh, but don't get gas here... way over priced. You'll save a couple bucks right...

The one Indian guy that works here is absolutely rude. I never like leaving bad reviews but this guy is so mean. I don’t know if he has a thing against Muslims or if he’s just like that but this is absurd. On a side note, last time I came here, I ordered the cold chocolate milk, which comes with whip cream, but he wouldn’t put any and asked that I payed extra. Cold brew coffee was watered down...criminally watered down. I go to dunkins all over the greater phila area, and get a large cold brew everyday and drink it immediatly before the ice melts (why is ice in cold brew is a whole other rant for another time, but clearly just to increase profits).
