Applebee's Grill + Bar — Restaurant in Montgomery

This place on Carter Hill Road was absolutely the worst place around. Did you notice I did not call it a restaurant?

We waited at the front door for several minutes. No one acknowledge that we were there. I was ready to leave and finally the Manager came over with a poor excuse.

We were seated at a booth and this young child came over to take our order. Did you notice I said (child) instead of waitress? We told her our order, several times before she realize all we wanted was something to drink. Before she left she promptly turn her head and hit me in the face with her mid waist hair that was coming apart. I told her what she did, she said oh! I thought to myself good help is hard to find. She couldn't go wrong with just getting two drinks. Well she did, oh my goodness sake.

After we finally got the right drinks, she promptly got into a argument with the group of customers at the next table. What did she do, I say? Got there order wrong too. And hit another person at the table with her braids that were coming apart. The lady told her about it. And she thought nothing of it. And that when it all went wrong. The child started cussing everyone out. I just knew it was about to be a fight. The manager came over with her silly self and did not make things better. And she wanted them to still pay for there food. What kind of mess is this?

They do not have to worry about my friend or myself ever coming back. The is my promise. You should stay away from this silly place.

I came in during lunch two weeks ago because I was really hungry and couldn't wait until I got home to eat so I decided to eat at this location. I don't know if the hostess was still going through training because he was unsure of where to sit us. The waitress seemed nice at first, but then i noticed maybe they were short of servers for lunch because I only saw two servers and they seemed a little overwhelmed. I understand completely of feeling overwhelmed because I work in food service as well. The waitress tried to rush me to order in a sense. The food was brought to our table promptly. My fries were old and and the chicken wraps I had just didn't taste right. My sister's food looked as if it wasn't fresh either. I asked the waitress could she replace my sister's food. Her expression was as if I threw a drink in her face with the nasty look she gave us. She consulted with her manager and they eventually brought my sister's food out to go. The only reason I'm writing this review is because of the ugly attitude the waitress had and the disgusting old food they tried to serve us. This is not the first time I've had a problem with Apple B's and I will never return to this establishment or any other stores because its always the same service whether it's the food or the service from...

When we walked in there was no greeter at the door (feb.24,2016 3:30pm) I stood there for over two minutes twirling my fingers and debating if I should just grab my own seat. finally a guy comes, seats us and tells us about their wed. Wing special of 6.99 and to give the server a second she will be right over.it took her about 10 minutes, but she came over and was very sweet, took our order and served us the food we ordered which was the Quesada a sweet tea and a Quesada and a sprite with fries and appetizer, the appetizer was great, my sweet tea tasted terrible, and the Quesada tasted like pure barbeque grill,(litterally tasted like I was licking the black part of a burned barbeque rack) didnt taste like food at all...the only thing I enjoyed was the fries and the second cup of sweet tea which was darker in color than the first cup (if that made any difference)...I did leave the waitress a two dollar tip on the table though because she was kinda sweet....got home and later that same night got to feeling kinda sick with headache and a stomach full of gas,bloating, growling, rumbling, and popping all night long... lord knows I never want to eat that Quesada...
