Horrible service...Was there on Thurs 5-18-23 at around 5:30pm. The young lady at order intake/register was on her cell phone when I walked up and never bothered to look up. I stood there staring at her while she continued her phone convo. After a couple minutes she looked at me and said, "I'm ready..." I was stunned she still had phone tucked under her chin. I gave my order, to which she asked me to repeat when I had stated it clearly. Afterwards she rang it up then reached her hand out for my payment without providing my total. At this point I just handed her my 💳. She attempted to swipe it twice then stated that it wasn't working. I asked if she'd like me to try, she turned the unit toward me and walked away yelling to another coworker to take over her duties at the order intake/register. Another patron and her toddler were there before me. Their order was discovered by another worker and handed to them. Oh, and I was able to successfully swipe my 💳, completing my payment. At $14 for a large container of chicken 🥗 y'all need to do waaaaay better, but that terrible service wouldn't be acceptable at a hole in the wall...
Read moreI would give this place a 0 rating. A middle aged white friend of mine went in there a week ago. Was first in line with a small order. After she ordered a group of black people came in behind her. The black cook stopped cooking her food put it to the side and started on the others order while occasionally looking at my friend. The cook finished theirs and then started back on hers. They left and she was still was there. First in line last to leave. She shared with me that the cashier apologized very sweetly for her order being late like this might happen alot. My friend is not a complainer but this made her mad. She said the cook kept looking at her as she cooked the others food like watching her reaction. My friend said if they didn't want to serve whites they should put a sign outside. She complained to the main office but I called the manager and complained because it made me mad she would be treated like that. I tried finding the owners contact info but couldn't. Read moreMy coworker surprised me with lunch for my and purchased a salad. The first salad had wilted lettuce to the point it was like slime in the salad. I called the store and the manager told me to return the salad and they’d replace it. I returned the salad that I had already ate out of and they replaced it with another salad. My coworker brought the replacement salad and it too was full of wilted slimy lettuce. I called again to the restaurant. No apology was made, I was just asked would I like to return the salad or be refunded my money. I truly felt the way this was handled was EXTREMELY wrong! This isn’t a anything to take lightly. Rotten lettuce carries many bacteria that are deadly. I’m still unsure to how the same problem persisted with a new salad. Obviously no one checked or changed the lettuce.
