Arby's — Restaurant in Montgomery

Oh my !! RUN...( The other way ).. I had waited about a year to stop by because I was once hooked on the cheddar & roast beef sandwich. Not being able to hold out any longer like a fish I bit.. I had seen the Gyro on TV so I ordered that (lamb of course). Loaded fries on TV had me convinced I would be in for a treat. Then I seen the "special berry drink..and ya gotta have those curly fries (or so I thought). After forsaking my first born.. I was served and headed to my table. The nightmare started when I opened my greasy gyro .. it was leaking like a blown gasket.. upon inspection .. sliced tomato like ya get on a burger chopped lattice some type of sauce that I never had ..paper thin strips of meat . The loaded fries were not anything close to what you see on TV fries alittle not hard chicken and the topping in the corner not over the fries .. and my curly fries were more of curly chips and bits .. (I must got the bottom of the bag).. I even had to remind them I had a drink coming with the meal .. the other drink I paid extra for .. since I paid for it I ate it.. but I think I will try another Arby's ... One of...

Ok first off, I don’t go to Arby’s that much and recently I did. 2/21/2019 the woman over the speaker was excellent and she was patience because again I don’t go to Arby’s to order “the usual” . But let’s cut to the chase on the Three ⭐️’s that I’d have them. I ordered a large combo and a medium combo. Tell me why when I put the fries from the large and medium combo next to each other they are the same size in quantity. Wait...🤫 I know what you’re thinking “Hey they could of been some fries at the bottom of the bag” right? Two strands to be exact...Now again some might read this post and be like “Ooooh you’re just petty they’re just fries” but whatever happened to you get what you paid for? So for anyone who plans on getting different size combo’s just get the medium because they’ll give you just as much in the large fries. This isn’t the first time either. But this is my first post...

I LOVE ❤️ ARBY'S the food be fresh service be wonderful and the lemonade is my favorite, but my recent experiences at the ARBY'S on the Eastern boulevard my sandwiches have been poorly made to many times on different occasions, even when i doordashed it recently which made me say no , i can't do it no more it be the smallest thing. Recently my sandwiches haven't been having any bacon on them , when i ask for no onions they ether put them on one side or the whole sandwiches with them still wrong both ways , 2 when i ask for extra meat and bacon or even just 1 i have no extra meat and no bacon and that makes me so upset cause i have my mouth fixed for it. This has happened over 3 times and it to much . Again i love ARBY'S ❤️ but i love my sandwiches more and my money , the kitchen needs to pay more attention and look...
