Fry & Fork — Restaurant in Montgomery

DON'T WASTE YOUR HARD EARN MONEY! Came in for dinner witha family of 5 and there was absolutely no customers in sight. Cashiers standing around on their phones(not the problem). The problem is... We ordered⁰(togo) 2 seafood special 1/2, 1 shrimp and clams and other double shrimp. When the food came we questioned why the amount of shrimp in the double order was the same as the 2 different items order. The cashiers really couldn't explain so we asked for the Mgr. The cashier stated she had just left but would call her otp. When she called her (on speaker) and explained the situation (in English), the manager started talking in Spanish and the cashier advised the customer wanted to talk with her. The manager was talking so much and wouldn't be quiet for a moment even tho my brother kept saying excuse me ma'am, excuse me. When he tried to get a word in the manager kept yelling talking over him. Basically got real nasty as if someone was trying to get something for free. WE spent $121 (not including tip) in this establishment, at least she could've shown professionalism and actually listen. We travel thru Montgomery all the time and this a place we will not visit again. I see why this place and parking lot is empty on a Saturday. The manager has a nasty attitude and NO customer service etiquette.

The lady that attended us as well as the other staff members were nice... Though I don't think she understood us because of different backgrounds anyway we had to send food back because our food was UNDERCOOKED. The chicken wasn't cooked had to send it back. Also the ketchup tasted sour, how long has it been sitting there? Makes you wonder... The same lady (shes asian we are hispanic again i don't think she understood us then told me that next time ask for "crispy" ...did she mean extra crispy? Because in a fried place, its OBVIOUS I am asking for crispy chicken! Why will i have to ask for crispy if it should already be like that, assuming it is a fried chicken place? Hello?! I met a group of guys here for dinner and it was my first time to eat here. Their health score was a 97 which I always check and was happy to see. They had many combo options and I opted for the hamburger and wing combo with waffle fries. The wings I got seasoned with garlic honey pepper and they were really good and I look forward to coming back to try other options. They had plenty of space and was great for our group, they helped set us up in an area for the group so we could sit together and not have to deal with the loud noise of other areas.
