ALOE Event Center — Attraction in Montgomery

Booked a party for September with this venue in January of 2022. I got a call on the Monday before the party to "recap" details of my party. Needless to say my ideas that were discussed multiple times with Joe apparently were not translated to the decor designer Karen who knew nothing about what I wanted nor were the colors right. After much back and forth I was told I would get a call the day of to see my decorations and if I did not like them to give Karen a call. Y'all I did not get a call a smoke signal or nothing. I saw the venue 15 mins before the party started and was told by Karen I didn't get a call because she was offsite at another venue. How rude and I hated the decor! Will Parks was very very rude to me I got texts to prove it. Was there the night of the event, didn't come meet me nor shook my hand, but his staff managed to fix him a plate of the food I prepared for my party. Party is over and they made their money.... Omg absolutely amazingggggg to the entire ALOE staff thank you from the bottom of hearts for seeing the vision and executing it ! It was pure perfection from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. Your professionalism and craft goes beyond imagination and for that we couldn’t have asked for more ! Beautiful venue but Veronica & Karen had nasty attitudes from start to finish of the event. They acted like they were doing the client a favor to be there. We were told to stop coming in and out of the door during setup & break down and the door was slammed closed as we were leaving. They had an attitude about every little detail. There is a way to communicate without being nasty. Customer service needs drastic...
