This was the worst experience in a Burger King ever. The employees were beyond rude. They were so busy talking to each other that they couldn't get our order correct. I was standing beside my husband as he told the young lady (and I use that term loosely) what he and my Granddaughter wanted to eat then I gave her my order. My order was correct when received however, my husband's and my Granddaughter's was not right. The "lady" at the register was actually irritated when my husband went back to tell her the order was not right. My Granddaughter wanted a taco until she found out they didn't come in a flour tortillas, however, the taco wasn't included with our original order even though my husband clearly ordered it. When she saw it was a hard taco she decided on a plain hamburger. When my husband brought the hamburger to the table, it wasn't a plain hamburger. It was a plain cheeseburger. I went back up to the counter again and explained it was supposed to be a plain hamburger. I even said "just meat and bread." I could see into the greasy kitchen and the young man with the red braids piled on top of his head was actually making a plain cheeseburger. When I saw it I told the "young lady" that couldn't be mine because I saw him put cheese on it. I mean, how can someone with such a simple job keep messing things up?. I was absolutely floored when the girl rolled her eyes after they screwed up so many times and handed me the hamburger. Did I mention how greasy the wrapper was which contained the offensive hamburger? I promise, I could've fried an egg on it. The employees at this location don't have a care in the world for the person that owns this store. I can't believe they haven't been shut down by now. I did notice the big red "96" on their report card from the health department from 05-21-19 but I can assure you this restaurant hasn't been cleaned since then.
I beg the person that owns this Burger King to please clean house! And I don't mean just the restaurant. I mean do a clean sweep behind the counter and get some employees who at least act as if they care. And did you see the photo of the taco? I've seen dirty diapers that looked more appealing than that taco.

I'm not sure whether it's just today or if it is always like this, but when I walked in, there was a long line; not to order the food, but to pick up the food after ordering. It took 12.5 minutes just to find out that they never even got the message on the TV that shows our order for the cooks. 5 minutes later (18 minutes since ordering) we finally got our food, one of my friends found out they got his order wrong; he went to get a refund but decided to come back and eat what they gave him after standing 15 minutes waiting in line. There was also a person who was 8 orders behind us who still didn't have their food even when we left 30 minutes after ordering and eating. It might be understandable if there was a few workers doing the night shift, but there was the regular amount of workers in the middle of the day. This place either needs better management that knows how to operate efficiently when under the stress of having more customers than normal or get better staff that knows how to get orders finished quickly...
Read moreI placed an order at 10:55 pm on the BK app, get to the location at 11:06, all lights still on, drive through menu board lit up, 2 employee cars in the parking lot. Pull up to the mic and wait… nothing, I pull around to the window and an employee is walking away goes around the corner and “hides” behind a rack ( I can see him standing there with a broom or something in his hand and just stands there) I honk the horn and still nothing. I can hear him talking to someone else who’s laughing. On the window there hours are posted as 12:00. Emergencies happen, things come up, maybe you had to close early… but hiding like children? Not simply putting a note up or just answering the microphone? Childish and very unprofessional. Also this same situation has happened at least six or seven times so it’s not an isolated incident. It’s a convenient location but I won’t be back anytime soon.
