Subway — Restaurant in Montgomery

I just looked through and saw other reviews that were similar to my experience. I can’t believe I am looking up this subway to leave a bad review the next day because it was so terrible that it stuck with me. The woman behind the counter completely messed up my order and made the wrong sandwich. At check out I told the guy I ordered a tunafish and she corrected him and charge me for something else. I thought she was just making sure I paid for the extra bacon, but when I got to my car I saw there was no tunafish on my sandwich, just spinach and bacon, and went back in and she tried to charge me more and then argued that I should have watched her make the sandwich. I just kindly asked for a little cup of tuna to put on my sandwich and the cashier acknowledged that the order was wrong. It was a ridiculously bad experience. When you walk in, you have to yell to get the four people who are sitting in the back doing nothing and there is a TV on and music and there are tables between the counter and you so they can’t hear you and you cannot see the toppings they are putting on your sandwich along with a slight language barrier. On our way to gulf shores we stopped here for a quick lunch. I should have read the reviews first. The bad reviews are 100% accurate. There's a lady there that argues and makes rude comments to customers and the gentleman behind the counter is more worried about speed and money then accuracy and making the customer happy. They messed up our sandwiches and mixed them with the order ahead of us. The rude lady behind the counter then insisted that I pay for their sandwiches and switch with them. Since I had little kids, I caved and did it. Terrible idea. There were items on our sandwiches that the kids wouldn't eat. Save your time, money, and mind and do not go here. The majority of times I went the service was poor but the food was okay and I dealt with the workers poor attitudes. I'm not sure how this place even stays open. I went in last night at approximately 7pm and saw that the lady had removed all of the food items and had began cleaning. She asked if I wanted something simple cause they had already "closed". Yet, the door was still open, signed still illuminated "open", and the sign stated business hours were open on Sunday from 9am to 9pm. She went to the back to talk to one of the other workers.
