I have been lenient with not writing a harsh review but this was the last straw for me! My first experience, I went through the drive thru and that took approximately fifteen to twenty minutes to order and receive my food. I ordered an egg white biscuit meal with an orange juice. Once I got my food, I noticed a string of red hair on my biscuit. I immediately went inside to show the manager. They apologized and gave me a couple of free entree cards that doesn’t necessarily have anything on it that I eat but at least they tried to mend their mess up. The second time, I went through the drive thru again…but this time it was about five minutes in and out. I ordered an egg white biscuit double the egg white (nothing else). I received an egg white grill with chicken and cheese. It smelled so bad! Before I drove off, I returned it. They apologized and brought me an egg biscuit (not an egg white biscuit). Still patient, I waited because I was hungry and didn’t want to go anywhere else. Plus, I was headed to work! I figured, third time is a charm…They brought me an egg white on a muffin. It seemed unreal! How can that be so hard? One egg white biscuit double the egg! (Nothing else). I requested a refund. Turns out, the individual actually charged me for a biscuit. I didn’t notice it until I saw my statement. (A few days later) I let it go…$2 it’s all good! This recent experience is why I’m informing others of this buffoonery! Read moreThe location on Vaughn road is a disaster. I waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes. The drive thru is built so when the cars pile in, you cannot leave. You are trapped in a traffic of cars ALL waiting for their order. The manager that took my order never mentioned the low staff prior to taking the order. Had he mentioned it, I would have left and avoided this whole situation. When I finally got up to the door to receive my food, I said "a drive thru should not take 30 minutes." The black manager (only mentioning this to specify exactly who the person was because I didn't get a name) snapped at me telling me that my money was no good there and told me to leave. You can pull up the video surveillance, I did not curse, I did not make a scene. TLDR: I waited 30 minutes in a drive thru only to be rejected service/food for making a comment on having to wait 30 minutes. Read moreThis location and its staff is not prepared for operation. The facility was rushed to be built and the staff did not have the proper training. My order was taken incorrectly, yet repeated correctly back to me by a team member working the drive thru. A second team member then approached my car to confirm the order and name. When I got to the window , I was not greeted but asked what my name was. No communication for more than 5 minutes while I sat and waited on my order as other orders were being handed out to the cars behind me. When a team member did bring my order to the car she said “here you go” not the Chick-Fil-A etiquette I recall ever receiving. She handed my drink to me overflowing and dripping down the sides of the cup. My order was incorrect and I let the member know before driving off. After correcting my order and wiping the cup down she apologized. Still, this experience was dreadful. I advise you all to train the staff before rushing to open just to bring in income.
