Jalapenos Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Montgomery

last night I ordered three burrito combinations from jalapenos because me and my family have been craving Mexican food for weeks. I thought I was calling the jalapenos in the alley and after I showed up and the doors were locked was when I realized I placed the order at the jalapenos on Vaughn road. They were closing in less than 10 minutes and I was afraid I wasn't going to be able to pick up my dinner but the hostess that worked last night, July 15th, was extremely friendly, nice, and very understanding! She told me how to get there and told me not to worry about speeding to make sure I got there early enough that it was okay and they would wait for me. I probably arrived 20 to 30 minutes late but just like she said they were there waiting and she was still extremely nice! after being 20 to 30 minutes late picking up the food on Vaughn road and then driving back home to lower wetumpka road the food still arrived very hot and was the best food that we've had for my restaurant in a very long time!!! this was actually the first time we've eaten at the jalapenos on Vaughn road and after last night that is the only one we will go to from here on out! I can't say enough good things about that restaurant for my experience with them last night... Google only allows you to give them up to five stars the jalapenos on Vaughn road is definitely 10 Stars!!!! And thank you to the hostess that worked last night at closing on July 15th you were extremely nice and very understanding and thank you for waiting on me to get there...

Worst experience, Very bad customer service.

Found chicken piece in my side dish of Jalepano. Showed it to server, But he did not even bothered he just acknowledged that yes it is chicken.

Chips were smelling bad, We ordered chips and Guacamole since chips were bad, we asked server on very next moment to check the chips but he was literally high on something and he had no idea what to do. We asked for check and he counted all the orders even though Chips and Guacamole we dint touched.

We shared whole story to manager looking person and he was mean enough to talk about positive points of the day (yes, our other 2 orders were up to expectations) and did not even expressed any sorrow or concerns on Chicken piece in Vegetarian dish. Since I clearly explained earlier that no Meat...

The tucked inside alley feel is nice on approach, as is the sound of running water from the indoor fountain once inside its softly lit interior. Well laid out with the bar up front totally separate from the eating area, as well the bath rooms well to the rear down a hallway ( but easy to find). Sports played on the few tvs with music very softly in the background. Food was delivered hot and the chicken had an excellent flavor. My chimichanga had ample amounts of both cheese sauce and tomatoes, no skimping here. The chimichanga itself was of a moderate size. My daughter's soup was a large portion.
