PLACED AN ORDER ONLINE AND PURCHASED VIA THE WEB SITE , I THEN REALIZED THAT I WOULD NOT BE PICKING UP THE ORDER AT ALL AND NO LONGER WANTED THE ITEMS I PURCHASED , I SIMPLY CALLED IN A RESPECTFULLY ASKED FOR MY ORDER TO BE CANCELED, THIS WAS APPROXIMATELY 5 MINUTES POST ORDERING THE PARADISE POINT SMOOTHIE AND SUPER GREEN CAESAR SALAD WHICH CAME UP TO A TOTAL OF ABOUT 14.00 AND SOME ODD CENTS . THE CASHIER WAS DISGUSTINGLY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL . SHE WAS ROBOTIC AND ANTAGONIZING AS SHE REPEATEDLY SAID TO ME " THE ORDER HAS ALREADY BEEN MADE , THE ORDER HAS ALREADY BEEN MADE , THE ORDER HAS ALREADY BEEN MADE " I then asked the employee to speak with the the manager and if a manager was not in store I demanded to speak with someone other than the person I was speaking to. SHE THEN DISCONNECTED THE LINE AND HUNG UP THE PHONE WHILE I WAS IN MID SENTENCE !!!!!! THIS BEHAVIOR SHALL NOT BE TOLERATED . THE WORK PLACE BEHAVIOR AND PROFESSIONALISM OR SHOULD I SAY LACK THERE OF NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED. A GROUP OF EMPLOYEES WHO LACK SOCIAL SKILLS AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS SHOULD NOT BE LEFT TO THERE OWN DEVICES TO RUN A STORE / RESTAURANT ALONE WITHOUT A MANAGER ON DUTY . CUSTOMERS NEED SOMEONE ON A HIGHER CHAIN OF COMMAND TO ADDRESS ISSUES AND CONCERNS TO . I RECOMMEND INVESTING IN COACHING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING AND IF THE OWNERS ARE TOO CHEAP TO PAY FOR THAT I SUGGEST CLEANING HOUSE HOSTING OPEN INTERVIEWS FOR NEW HIRES AND MAKING SURE YOU ACTUALLY PUT EFFORT INTO SCREENING YOUR EMPLOYEES AND THEIR WORK ETHICS AND NOT JUST HIRING ANY DELINQUENT OFF OF THE STREET TO ANSWER YOUR PHONES AND SERVE YOUR CUSTOMERS .

Read moreMy son went to this location on Monday, February 11 around 2:40PM to get his usual peanut butter paradise smoothie. When he was almost home he noticed that the texture was off, but just like a man he decided he wouldn't worry about it. A sip or two later, he couldn't drink it noting that it was lumpy and gritty. The person making it obviously didn't take time to mix the protein and peanut butter correctly making it inedible. When I realized that he paid almost $6.00, I decided to call to speak with management for a remake of the smoothie. I spoke with a young lady ( I didn't get her name) and asked for management in order to explain the situation while on my way to the store. When I got there, I explained the situation again, and showed them the picture my son text me. I waited for several minutes while it seemed like they were remaking it, then after I waited for several more minutes; I was told that they couldn't remake it without the smoothie because the manager wasn't there. I understand this, but my problem is that they did not tell me this over the phone prior to me getting there, nor did they tell me this before I waited for ten minutes thinking they were remaking the smoothie. When I asked for management I was told that Demple Ahja wasn't present and they couldn't get her on the phone. Why didn't they make me aware of the situation prior to me coming to the store and having me wait for nothing wasting my time. If the employees are making this particular smoothie incorrectly, then surely it should be important to said employee(s), and definitley management in order to correct this issue and insure that it doesn't continue to happen in the future. Before closing, I would like to add that although it was an extremely frustrating situation after getting the run-around, I continued to conduct myself in a professional manner. Read moreRudest staff ever on night shift. They are right next door to the gym and we got out close to closing time. I ordered 2 wraps and added in a tip. They only put one in the bag. No problem they checked my receipt and began to make the other one. They then replaced my bag on the counter for pick up. The wrap still wasn’t in there and they said oh we’re just checking the receipt again. I said OK a few minutes went by there again they put my bag back on the counter. I came got the bag, stood outside, talking to another patron about working out then got in my Jeep took a phone call while drinking my Smoothie and then proceeded back across the street to my neighborhood when I got inside and opened the bag there was still one wrap in there. I called back and said why did you still not put my wrap in there? They said they were trying to stop me to give me the wrap, but I already left, which was a blatant lie since I stood outside talking to Another patron and then I sat in my car drinking my smoothie and talking on the phone right in front of the big glass window so there’s no way they tried to stop me and give me my wrap. And why would you keep putting my bag on the counter for pick ups like my order was complete. They were trying to be funny because they had a nasty attitude from the start because it was so close to closing time when me and others from the gym came in. Even though I TIPPED THEM. So when I told them OK I’ll just come right back across the street and get it. I’m three minutes from you. They said you didn’t check your bag. You don’t check your food? Well we’re closed now . Keep in mind I’ve already paid for this wrap.I went back the next morning. Got a refund, including my tip back. Trash customer service and management.
