If I could have put zero stars, I would. I understand your experience may differ greatly, but sadly my own was a far from a pleasant encounter at this particular location. From upon entrance the staff was rolling eyes, and not wanting to address that I was a customer. I asked about a special all Hardees carry, and they denied it. I ordered two meals and when I asked for an upgrade the females response was, "that too? Oh lord.", verbatim. When I received my order, there were no pickles, one leaf of rotten lettuce, half a cheese square, one slice of a small rotten tomato, and one squirt of mustard. The female who took my order saw that I was looking at her, filled the fries, then dumped half of each fry container out. (I noticed when I opened the bag) Not only were ingredients evidently withheld without my request, but I was given attitude the entire time and when I suggested they remake them I was given the same burgers with pickles inside. I have NEVER RECIEVED WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I AM A CDL DRIVER WHO TRAVELS ALL 50 STATES OF AMERICA. Disappointment would be an understatement. Read moreI have noticed a few places now when you drive up. After they take payment ask you to immediately pull forward or to back up from the window. Went here today and was asked to back up, because someone was already pulled up and no one was behind me. I asked the girl why and she said in a very annoyed tone,, "because of the timer". Soo, in order to be deceptive of the timer, they make people pull out of view. smdh. Also would like to add the chicken finger were cold , and the cheese burger had stale bread and the meat was burnt and cold too. The attitudes of the employees made me feel more like I was a bother then a customer. Read moreI also went through the drive thru this morning and my experience was much different. After pulling up I was greeted with welcome and order when I was ready. I was then harassed repeatedly for my order. I asked for a few seconds because we had a large order and a couple of people in my group have food allergies in which the attendant said nope and then continued to badger me for my order and I repeated "please give me a second" the response to that was "oh lord". It's been a long time since I've run into to someone so rude in the customer service industry, obviously TAMIKA forgot that people buying food from her place of employment pays her check.
