I just wanted to give a two thumbs up to the two gentlemen that worked in the store this evening 7/23/15. They were extremely nice, extremely easy to deal with and knew their product well. I was looking for a sandwich instead of eating fast food and I had a choice of Jimmy Johns or subway. That was not even a question as I am NOT a fan of subway. Keep up the good work guys and keep hiring these great people. I enjoyed conversing with them and enjoyed being in such a nice clean restaurant as well as eating such a great sandwich. Number 9 Italian, very good and awesome bread. Employees like that make the experience all that much better.
I am uncertain why the review below mine was so poor about this place, especially due to the experience that I had which was top notch as far as I'm concerned. We have to remember when we're writing reviews to take our emotion, our bad day, being mad at our husband, wife or kids out of play when writing reviews because an emotional review can really hurt a good company. Before writing a negative review I suggest that you put yourself in their place first and think how you would feel if your manager came to you with a review like that and you had had a death in the family or something terrible had happened to you that day. If you're upset with the employees of a particular establishment then go to management instead of putting a review online that may deter other people from trying said establishment. Everyone is capable of having a bad day or getting sidetracked. There may be a number of other reasons that the employee may have checked out mentally. I understand that everybody is capable of getting bad employees as I'm a small business owner myself, but I still say to go to management if it is an employee issue instead of tarnishing their reputation as a company online. Keep that in mind people....
Read moreI have been waiting for quite some time to experience a sandwich from JJ's and today i had that opportunity. I stopped by for my first time experience and i got the Kicken Chicken and my sandwich was soooo hard. Needless to say i did not expect that. I mean after seeing advertisements of how JJ's and how they take so much pride in making their sandwiches and freshbread i couldn't wait to try one of their subs. But i was overwhelmingly disappointed. I did talk with the manager which i felt was a little clueless to my complaint. After voicing my concerns there was a moment of silence...no apology by the way...and then he said the only thing i can do is offer u another sandwich and he sounded scared to do that. I mean that was the least i expected and an apology would have been nice also especially after explaining to him my first time stoppping at JJ and after telling him that if this is what JJ had to offer then i wouldn't be stopping by again. Still no apology!!!! So he then said to come by the next day after 10:30 after he's made bread and i don't think that did him any favors by saying that because now I think if i come before then that i will get more hard bread. So i hope my experience tomorrow will be much better becsuse whether i stop there again...
Read moreI walked in tonight at about 8:00 PM. One employee was enjoying a bag of chips at a table and acknowledged me with a quick hello. After that I stood in front of the counter for an extremely long time and I was never acknowledged by another employee. I was directly in front of one of the registers and a receipt for an order printed off from what I am going to assume was a phone order. Another employee walked over and pulled that ticket and completely ignored me. About minute later another employee stood directly behind the register staring at me playing with his plastic serving gloves but never said a word to me. After about 10 minutes standing there waiting to be acknowledged I wished them all a goodnight because I figured the business was so busy that they did not need my money. Oh, did I mention I was the only person in the restaurant at the time? BTW, you lost another customer because I talked to them in the parking lot and told them what had just happened to me. I would say this was the worst customer service I ever had but I never had any so I cannot...
