Starbucks — Restaurant in Montgomery

The employee's attitude at this place is ridiculous. Order my drink ahead at about 11:10AM and got there at about 11:35. The app showed our order was ready to pick up but no drinks were made at all. I ask the barista when I walk in the door and she rudely said they were short staffs. I totally understood and sat there waiting for another 30 minutes. It got to the point where I couldn’t wait anymore because I needed to get back to work so I came and asked her how’s the process. She kept telling me they were short-staffed and I understand that but other people drink kept coming out except for ours. I went back waiting for another 15 minutes, still not any update so I came up to her one more time and only part of the order was made. I ended up taking what was made then leave. They didn’t even say sorry for that. I waited for an hour to get 3 drinks and just not take the other 2 matcha lattes because they didn’t even start on it. I know you guys didn’t have enough people to get everybody drink out as fast as usual but 1 hour was too much. Along with that attitudes and the money that I’ve spend but not getting my drink, that was not a good...

Got my version of the trend drink (EDWARD) from here.. too bad they don't have bananas, the drink cost me ($9).. Anyway, they are very accomodating with this kind of long list specified orders.. so don't forget to tip just incase you'll be asking for more than the usual. Their "pantry" is empty when I came, but there's a list of available starbucks food that you can ask the barista if they'll be able to serve. Actually, I would prefer to visit this branch compared to the other starbucks branches here in montgomery. The location is really nice and when you go inside, it's really a "cafe" vibe.. maybe when I start my reviews.. I might come here to hangout. Music isn't that loud too.. there aren't too many people inside when I visited yesterday. All the baristas are wearing masks, which is good. Social distancing with the table arrangements are evident. We visited this location for the first time and placed an order for a hot matcha latte and a venti iced tea/lemonade. The matcha latte was iced instead of hot. Not that much of a big deal and the manager was very apologetic and offered a gift card to cover the price of the drink.

On our second visit we tried again and ordered a hot matcha latte. This time we got a hot one, but there was way too much macha. The drink was very bitter. I didn't know at the time because I was picking the drink up for my wife. She had to cut it with extra almond milk at home. I described how the barista made the drink, with two heaping spoons of matcha powder in her grande size cup, and my wife said that was too much matcha.

Since the staff is nice and the location is close we'll probably try again, but we'll be more explicit when ordering to ensure the drink is...
