New china — Restaurant in Montgomery

Typical Chinese take out place with pretty decent prices! Food was pretty good. Wonton soup was good; it had a yellowish tinge that we’re not used to, but flavor was on point. My dad loved the shrimp with mixed vegetables, and the shrimp fried rice was solid :)

I did take off a star though because the cashier did handle some cash and didn’t wash her hands after finishing a transaction. Moreover, the yum yum sauce doesn’t taste like the ones you’d find in Japanese restaurants: it tasted mainly of mayonnaise so it was a bit jarring when I tried it with the fried rice. We moved here a year ago from North Alabama and had been 💯 totally spoiled on a New China there. I did not enjoy: Hot & Sour Soup, it did not taste...
