I visited this place on my 30 minute break today; it took me about 7 mins to walk from my job to this establishment! I came in and a man was using the store's telephone;he moved over to let me gain access to the front counter. I stood there watching employees run around preparing orders for DT not once did an employee acknowledge me. So I thought, I'd give it a few more minutes. After about 5 minutes into just waiting, I heard the fry cook tell a woman that she had a guest on front counter, I heard her reply and Then another 3 or 4 mins passed without anyone saying ONE WORD to me. I then got the fry Cook's attention and I asked for a member of management. HERE IS WHERE I AM VERY DISSATISFIED!! A woman approaches front counter and I explained my experience and also how long my break was, she apologized and offered me a free meal, I replied thank you, and also can you provide me with your District manager number, she the wrote the number down upset, took my order THEN still charged me!! All because I wanted to file a formal complaint!! Mind you.. I had to order something different because I didn't have enough time that I planned to order a freshly cooked spicy chicken sandwich. Leadership is horrible at this restaurant; you had employees watching loud videos in the lobby so u barely could get a moment to reflect, I even heard a lot of laughing and song lyrics being recited by males.I am convinced COVID 19 is going to be the reason a lot of customers won't eat out ever again! The inside Customer Service is horrible and I will be contacting the owners or corporate of this establishment!
UPDATE..JOE AND HIS PEOPLE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN! EMPLOYEES DONT WEAR GLOVES AND THEY REFUSE...
Read moreWould give a zero * if I could. The drive thru lady was so rude. She told us the biscuits weren’t ready to pull into a space and wait. After waiting 8 minutes I went to walk inside and ask how long they would take. The lobby doors are locked. Waited a few more minutes then we drove back thru the drive thru to ask. We pulled up my husband tried to ask her a question she stared at him and refused to open the window. We saw she had a bag in her hand and she opened the window without a word and handed us the bag. I look inside and I see they didn’t give us 4 biscuits with honey they gave us chicken biscuits. The lady when she took our order confirmed our order and she said no chicken, just the biscuits and no chicken, then I open the breakfast sandwich it had the sausage which we confirmed no sausage. I walked up to the lobby door had to knock on it to get a person to come open the door who asked what was wrong, told him the whole order but couldn’t wait for the whole order to be cooked again. Then the man said he’d ask his manager if we can have a refund and he took back the food. The manager came and handed me the cash no apology. DON’T waste your time coming to...
Read moreThe WORST. Horrible. Last night starving because Waffle House no longer 24/7. Got there at a 11:45. Online said they were open until 12. LIES. Pulled up to the mic (menu board still lit). Nothing. I start asking if anyone was there. Nothing. Pull up to window. I see some guys mopping or something. One of them sees me and looks away. Another minute, nothing. I pull up to the door and start banging on it. Some guy pops up at the counter like, "Why are you waking me up?" I shout, "DO YOU HAVE FOOD?" He disappears. I bang on the other door. Some lady with a headset looks at me wondering why someone is there at all. I pull back to the mic. Maybe she turned her headphone on. Ha ha, no. That's not a thing.
This time I pull up to the window and lay on the horn. Nice and loud. It's still 11:55. She comes out the back door and screams at me, "WE'RE CLOSED!" I ask her what time she closed. She's already gone.
Lazy, worthless, very rude. I went home still hungry.
Should have gone to stupid Krystal Burger instead. By then I was already completely disillusioned with the idea of buying food from a place that...
