Absolutely abismal service! I'm kindly refraining from using profanity in this review. Went inside to order. Said "Hello, how you you today"? The response from a no name tag employee, making custom drinks Without gloves, was "Yeah". I am with a female guest. She orders; requesting the buns extra baked. The cashier says, "sure thing ma'am"! He askes her, "anything else?". No thank you. I wait about 20 seconds of uncomfortable eye contact, before I proclaim My order. I am male. I order the 2 sandwich special. The order complete, the cashier simply demands the total, with no confirming the order to me; the payer. No please or thank you upon payment. The nameless cashier goes to the back to multitask making our order. I notice another employee putting chicken tenders from a bag into the fryer for my order. This cashier is starting to drop another customers order of cheese sticks into the next fryer, and while doing so, tells his coworker, "These cheese sticks are probably bad by now, sitting here on this counter all evening," and drops them to cook anyways. Coworker says and does nothing about this. There being literally 3 employees, and one manager running everything, our order takes upwards of 15 minutes. Having gotten my name on the order, he calls to me, "Hey dude, here's your stuff." Wow, what a charmer. My partner checks for a correct order, and so do I. Before leaving the cashier, another couple walks in, one a male, one a female, and politely greets the female, then the male, and asked how he can "serve" them tonight. They order, and the cashier exclaims, "absolutely!". Reads them back their order, and also upsells on other products. He then says, "That'll be $$$ please!". Gets the name for the order. Order is simple, and made in four minutes flat. The cashier Excitedly says, to the pretty female, "Here you go, Name here, is there anything else? Thank you so much for dropping on in!" I then decide to leave, myself. Now, My personal opinion, is simply that this cashier was selective with whom he was willing to show even a sliver of respect to, seemingly to someone whom he can get something out of, for himself; to make himself look and feel better than he was showing externally, to me, or other select customers. Secondly, was very likely intimidated by other males in general, and decided to withhold all respect to those he doesn't want to show even professional respect to. Third, I honestly feel dealing with an automated ordering system would have been absolutely delightful than to deal with the l that discontent ever again. This is my longest review of any restaurant, and this is necessary because this was simply just My story. I'm sure there's Always worse, every single day. My professional advice is simply: don't go there, and infact, tell your friends and family any l and yourself; Your money's well spent elsewhere. This Arby's is definitely poorly run, and cannot function properly without a professional, courteous staff; and a few competent managers who not only care about training professional cashiers and food prep staff, but are also aware of the behavior of their current staff, and are willing to Either discipline and correct the negative behavior, or having the spine to fire the employee, and reallocate staff to finish the days work Correctly! Sorry to shpeal this so much, but I was literally grinding my teeth In Anticipation of just leaving without roasting this employee, and general...
Read moreALWAYS Always Always prompt, courteous service. Our food orders are made fresh to order everytime as well and never, has anything we've ordered EVER been old and nasty or not been fresh made to order. Very pleased with the Montrose Arby's location for sure!! I have visited the Grand Junction location once before, (the one located by the mall I believe?) it definitely wasn't as pleasant, nor was the food even close to being in comparison as far as freshness goes. However, it could've been partly because it was possibly during their lunch rush hour that we visited?? Not really sure but still that shouldn't make a difference when it comes to promptness or freshness for sure!! It's hard to go off of just one visit though. I know the Montrose location is one of our favorite "fast food" restaurants to go to. In fact, it may actually be the only one we go to. For one we aren't big on eating out and secondly we're not fond of paying out money to a disgusting "fast food" joint, when we already have great stuff to eat at home. Just my thoughts.... If you are wanting somewhere quick to eat out at that is fresh, fast and friendly, definitely go to the Montrose Arby's restaurant. We even drive through everytime too!! Our orders always accurate too!! Even more of a reason to love it...
Read moreWow, last Sunday I ordered a $11 "Meat Mountain sandwich" and it was smaller than a medium beef sandwich. It had only 2 slivers of each meat instead of the promised 1-1/2 ounces of each meat.
Apparently they are trying to save money, or they just didn't like my looks.
Just so you guys know how to make the $11 sandwich the official amounts are below: The Meat Mountain incredients:
2 breaded and deep-fried chicken tenders 1.5 ounces of roast turkey 1.5 ounces of ham 1 slice of big-eye Swiss cheese 1.5 ounces of corned beef 1.5 ounces of brisket 1.5 ounces of Angus steak 1 slice of natural cheddar cheese 1.5 ounces of roast beef 3 half-slices of peppered bacon bun
I have had the "Meat Mountain sandwich" in several other Arby's, and they were all made per the above list.
You should apologize to anyone who you habe made the "Meat Mountain sandwich", then offer to make good your obvious mistake.
Sorry, but if zero stars were capable of this rating, I would give zero.
Please try to get it right on your next patron that orders a "Meat Mountain sandwich", a REAL Meat Mountain...
