Went through the drive thru this weekend in a rush to get someone out of an emergency. Staff at first window refused to give us our receipt due to technical issues we were asked to move forward to the next window where we were handed a bag of food. When we asked for the receipt (business purposes) we once more were refused and told the employee didn’t know our order we were handed, and we needed to get out of his line as there were people accumulating behind us. Having been told by two employees to come back and being pretty heated that I didn’t receive half of the food paid for while questioning my total amount I paid for in a rush to get out of town myself I determined the best result was to come back and talk with management as soon as I’m back from handling said emergency out of town. The other party who had been with me during this event came in Monday following to speak with management in regards to the order and issues where she was very Rudely treated, told to give him the receipt that had been refused and even had she brought it with her he wasn’t going to make any of the issue right. Following I was called back and informed once I finish yet another job I needed to head in and speak to the manager myself.
Thankfully. I Caught my interaction on camera with the manager. Victor is what he said his name is? He refused to write corporates contact information, his information or the store information down so I’m unsure if he really is the manager. I hope not as he had black circles under his eyes and was in disarray while coming off very intoxicated. When informed I can get corporates information from previous management of the same establishment he began to yell it out. Victor also pulled the second employee from Saturday where that employee apologized profusely that he was in a rush and did not know the other window did not give me a receipt or the correct food as he didn’t know my order. I let him know that he either came off rude or he was very short with our interaction and it was mistook. Regardless that line of people followed me out of town the where I was headed. The manager then confirmed he wasn’t sorry for his customer service. He has no intention to fix a customers complaint, he wasn’t sorry or willing to retrieve the receipt or reviewing cameras per customer complaint. He wasn’t willing to give me his information or the stores and that he genuinely doesn’t care how small our community really is and that he was disregarding all of the complaints even had we brought in our receipt that day. At this point this interactions told me to check I’m being charged correctly, don’t go through the convince of the drive through in a rush because you’ll have to go in the store to get proof of purchase after you drive through, and just expect shitty service when you come into this establishment and your order to be incorrect.
