Dunkin' — Restaurant in Montvale

Don't know why they gave away the ONLY HANDICAP parking spot up for curbside pickup. The seniors and handicapped people can usually never get to use the spot that was meant for them with a ramp. Don't get me wrong, I've been using the app as of late for the curbside pickup and love that I don't have to wait in any lines and they do get out to my car pretty darn fast. It's Dunkin donuts, so everything is usually just what I expect, but once and a while they have come out without the donuts we ordered to say that those individual items are sold out. My daughter has an allergy. Every other location has been very courteous and helpful in dealing with the allergy. My husband went into this location on Sunday 12/22/24. The man behind the counter seemed so put out and almost offended when we told him that we needed him to use fresh gloves when touching my daughter’s hash browns. So much so that he CANCELED it off the order without telling my husband why, made a face, rolled his eyes and proceeded not to give her the food we had just ordered. While the ice cream was solid, I'm disappointed on the low staff numbers. I'm not sure if they're hiring, but there should be a larger staff. And it can be almost be infuriating that the staff can barely understand you, asking things you already told them you wanted. I've only been here for the ice cream so can't comment on their donuts.
