Arby's — Restaurant in Moon Township

I picked up dinner from here a couple weeks ago. Normally I check the bag before pulling away, but I forgot. I pulled everything out of the bag to set up our plates and realized an entire sandwich was missing. I called the restaurant and spoke to a very young sounding girl asking if I could speak to a manager. She said she was the manager. I told her what happened about the missing sandwich and she said I could drive back and pick up another one. I told her I was already home and that location was 25 miles away from me. She then asked for my name and address and said they would send a coupon to me to get a free item in the mail. That was two weeks ago and no coupon. I went in to Arby's in Moon to get two gyros for 6.00. I love Arby's gyros. But everytime I go to moon at ya? ( Which is closer to home!) They mess up my gyros by making them soggy and mushy too much sauce and you can see the grease seeping through the wrapper yuk!before I ordered I tried to specify how I wanted the gyro to taste and be but the gal who waited on me? Wouldn't nor couldn't look at me as I was talking BAD customer skills she didn't even smile! Bad for business. I also asked for fries and the brought me cold half cooked fries. I threw them out onto the parking lot hoping a passing bird would enjoy them Straighten up in there people! Lots of hotels and customers passing by and Arby's seems to be a gavotite. But your gonna ruin it and people are gonna start go are Gina pass up up. Bad for business we want HIT fully cooked...

Manager Ashly on 6/9/24 at 6:40 pm was very rude and aggressive to me going through drive through, waiting for my order I told my grandson son ( on phone) my feet was hurting, Ashly appeared in window asking me if I said she was taking to long! Half way out window eyes were boging out of her head! I said "am work long hours and my feet hurt," that is what I said, her replied was uncalled for and scared me, she said " I went you to leave so I can wait on next car! Still half way out window yelling at me.. a younger lady gave me my order and I said to her, " I never said anything wrong to that lady and in a split second Ashly was back out window telling me to leave!!! What a manager for Arby's... I will never go to this place again and telling family and friends about...
