Dunkin' — Restaurant in Moon Township

I really like the coffee and if I'm in the mood for something to eat, the sausage egg and cheese croissant is delicious. My best friend and I go here CONSTANTLY for our coffee fix. It's honestly hit or miss. Half the time my drink tastes amazing. The other half it's messed up, not all the way full, or something else that's easily avoidable. I don't get complicated drinks, either. I have only ever gotten a vanilla coffee, either hot or iced, sometimes with cream and sugar. I used to work at Starbucks, so I know how difficult it is to make a beverage- it really isn't! On top of that, we usually go through the drive-thru and place two separate orders. We have NEVER had a problem. That is until about a month or so ago when we pulled up and said 'Can we have two separate orders please?' and the girl said 'Sorry I can only do one through drive-thru.' Since when? If that's truly their policy, then so be it, but I find it funny that 99% of the time we are given two separate orders without any problem at all. It likely boils down to inconsistent training and lackluster management. I worked in retail/food service long enough to recognize the signs...

I never done lower Than 3 star rating or even a review. Last Saturday was Worst customer service I ever had with DD or service any where else. I understand they were busy both inside and drive thru. I went inside drive thru line was almost to the entrance and its a rarity that I do drive thru. There was a person ahead of me. Three people's got their order before us. Then the person ahead of me finally got theirs. I'm still waiting for my ice coffee if I hadn't went to counter said excuse me 2 times the manager was taking orders right there taking orders from drive thru never acknowledge me. The 3 times I said it a young lady came to the counter. I had told her that 3 people got their orders before person ahead of me who just got his. The manager never said thing or apologized . If wasn't for me doing that finally got my ice coffee. I'd probably be still...

They are consistently out of donuts and the service is terrible at this location. The staff could care less and are unapologetic about the fact that they are out of donuts and their overall service is lacking. Today they gave my order to somebody in the Drive-Thru. When the gentleman came inside to notify them he had received the wrong order they took it from him without apologizing handed it to me again without apologizing and expected me to take the order that this guy had in his car. Then they tried to blame the guy for "taking" my order. When he reminded them he was in the drive thru they agreed to remake the order for me. They then proceeded to repackage the food, not remake it, and hand it over to me. Again no apologies, zero anything. This all happened in front of manager who stayed silent and just let...
