Up to May 30th of this year this was one of the few places that had problems with their service which is why almost 10 years ago I had chose to apply there and work it is sad to say that I cannot believe the type of customer service. Me and two other people were given when we came into the restaurant even though the lady made us feel rushed to order and was not recommended when we call that in because they said more or less what we were saying about her service was a lie I will not be eating at this restaurant and if you are a person of color and you live in the Moon Township area I highly suggest you go to Squirrel Hill and have your nails from here on out this is the problem when the place becomes a franchise they tend to kind of overlook some of the core values of the corporate place and the name they're carrying when I called and spoke to the manager about the visit I requested no-confidence ation I am stairs offer my receipt so that he would be able to have a Time bracket as to when me and the other two people in my party or at his restaurant said he would like to make it right and offered gift cards I started to give him my address and the address of the other two people who have breakfast with me that day and he said I was the only one needed I must a month later I call to see what happened he had never contact the corporate and decided because I had worked there before that maybe my claim wasn't true I also have a few co-workers and a roommate who have had issues with their food being prepared correctly when I spoke with corporate I was told that me and the two people I have breakfast with on that day refuse to leave after last call which is funny to me because we took a selfie in front of the store because it was us being reunited which add a timestamp that suggests otherwise there was still time to eat after we had taking that picture but we had already at that point paid or checks had our mail and we're exiting the building he also told corporate that I was rude and the people with me we're trying to make it difficult for the order taker to take our orders we didn't want those child-sized waffles we want it blueberry pancakes and waffles and we're trying to see if they had grits that could be made fresh because we all know if you don't start grates even if they are on the hotline they solidify being from the south that is something that is unacceptable for me I would have rather had fresh grits prepared just for myself we said it was no issue paying for the buffet and paying for something from the kitchen so if you are a person of color I will say again just keep your head down take whatever type of treatment you get and leave after you've had your meal the only thing you can count on that restaurant as far as standards being mad is that it is clean it is a shame when management will stick together with team members in order to keep a lie going let me reiterate when I called I wanted him to speak with the lady about her service instead he felt the need to tell me how long she had work there and that more than likely she was having a bad day which is no excuse for anybody and customer service she should have called off if it wasn't that bad of a date for her and offered gift cards and never sent them again we just wanted him to talk to the lady who gave us such bad service and because me and my friends are good people and tried to see the bright side of things we still gave her a tip hoping that would change her attitude for the next person who came in and maybe wanted something from the salad bar or breakfast bar and to order...

We visited this past weekend. Have been here many times in the past. Usually was a very good experience. This weekend was below normal standards. Our 15 min wait for a table was closer to 30 min. Many empty tables. Over half of them were dirty from the previous guests. Trash all over on the floor. We were seated and probably waited another 10-15 min until our waitress showed up. She said she was stuck in the back doing something. My wife just got the salad bar. We waited so long that she started eating before ordering. I ordered the Angus Superburger and salad bar. The lettuce on the bar was starting to brown up from sitting there. Most of the rest of the bar was pretty much stocked. Potato soup was excellent. Went to get a bowl of chicken noodle soup and it was basically broth with very few noodles. I told the waitress to let somebody know that noodles were needed. She brought me a cup of noodles and said they probably won't add anymore noodles to the pot because the bar will be closing. Not sure what time the bar closes but it wasn't super late, maybe 7:30pm. My wife got one of the little pink muffins and it was as hard as a golfball. For the most part the salad bar was good. My burger came out. I thought it came with 2 big pattys but mine had 4 thinner pattys. I also asked for no lettuce but it was on there. Not a big deal. Just scraped it off and ate the burger. It was very good. While we were sitting there eating there was an employee( My wife said he was a host and she saw him seating people) walking around on his phone while wearing his hood from his hoodie up over his head. He was also wearing his cross body purse. If in fact he was/is a host he needs to look and act alittle bit more professional. Especially when working with the public. Overall the food was good, service was good, once we got service that is. The trash on the floor and dirty tables with dirty dishes is unacceptable. Manager on duty should be ashamed. I know the excuse will be not enough help. Maybe start paying more to get the help if that's the case. I really enjoy Eat n Park so I hope this was just a bad night for the restaurant. I will stop back and hope it is better. If it's not you might just lose a...

Came in friday for lunch the kid at the host stand said it was gonna be 15 minutes. we decided to wait, about 5 minutes later the kid came back and told everyone that it was going to be up to a 25 minute wait most of the people started to leave. but another few minutes goes by there were more people that came in that they were seating before us when I confronted him about it he said that they were only getting salad bar which is fine. it’s been at least 15 minutes at this point there was a group of 2 that looked like they were secretly seated before the people that were waiting including myself and my wife. so anyway a few minutes goes by we were finally seated the kid that seated us looked stressed by waitresses and other people coming up too him. my wife and I honestly felt bad and probably the other people there waiting would probably also feel the same way. there was also another host which was a girl that was helping him out… BUT that’s just the start first we were seated in the front server was nice but shortly after we were seated we heard the hosts getting yelled at either by a cook or manager for seating and to go on a wait which they already had been. the food took forever to come out. I honestly will probably never come back to this location again because clearly the management sucks here when it’s not even busy and they have to go on unnecessary waits. when we were leaving I wish I asked the hosts for the managers name. I will be contacting the corporate headquarters when...

I usually leave positive reviews but I have to be honest about this place. If you eat here, do yourself a favor and ** just get the salad bar.** that way you can attend to yourself and it wasn’t half bad. It took an hour to receive our order. I ordered a tuna melt sandwich. The picture looks deceivingly delicious but the cheese was so old it was a strange dark orange oily color and hard like an uncooked noodle. My coworker ordered chicken fried steak and he said the plate was hot but the food was cold. Our waitress would walk past us like 3-4 times without checking to see if we needed eating utensils. It wasn’t impossible but it was a little difficult to eat a salad with a spoon from the salad bar. ** Just get the salad bar or don’t eat here at all. *** What needs improvement is the waiting staff. I shouldn’t have to tell you I need a fork 20 mins after we sit down, I shouldn’t have to ask for a refill, especially when you are walking past us like 4 times without checking on us. I wish I caught her name so you could retrain this waitress.

Sure looked like a nice place. Stopped in around 1:20pm this afternoon to see if I could get a sandwich. Very nice young man at the host post was super friendly but when I stepped to the side to look at the menu at the cake counter another younger boy who’s name I didn’t catch proceeded to condescendingly tell me that if I wanted to order food I should have went somewhere else and asked the server. Apparently not stand at an open counter that was un attended in a busy lobby while I was looking for something to go. I simply asked if BLTs were on the menu; he said he doesn’t do food orders ask a server. He knew nothing about the menu according to him. I appreciate children need job experience but maybe train them on how to talk to adults. I’ll probably never visit any other location just based on this interaction on my first time in at this location.

First time we went to Eat'n Park my 3yo son got a "side of strawberries" that was awesome. Cut up, good portions, fresh, and served in a little icecream-sunday-style silver dish. Maybe 10 strawberries worth. He LOVED IT. It was like a little dessert treat. I said, "we are definitely coming back" 2nd time it was about half the portion, cut up and served in a shallow ceramic dish... but still okay. Just not as big of a treat. 3rd time (this time) shallow ceramic dish again, about 4 whole strawberries, uncut, stems still on, and very sour. No effort. I mean.. this time was fine.. and the rest of the food was fine. ... and about what I expect from any chain. But just saying. A bit of effort goes a long way. Do better please.. I know you can. The attached photo is from the 1st time (not this time).
