I’ve been trying to get ahold of their “help desk” for over a week about my absolutely horrible experience. Absurd what happened & absurd I can’t get ahold of someone to handle it. Don’t waste your time or money. Placed an online order that said 15 mins, placed it at 10:30. Went there at 11 on my lunch and they still weren’t done. Never offered me my cups for drinks I ordered until I asked. Rude customer service. Stood there for half an hr waiting for two sandwiches. Went to get my drinks and the machine was not working . I asked the worker about it and they said “well yeah the key on the side needs turned”. Well for one, why in the middle of rush hr for food is something like this not done, for two why am I responsible to do a workers job? Then I grabbed my drinks and food and left. The cream soda tasted like old soda water, sprite, dish water and almonds . The other soda was completely flat. Sandwich was also wrong. This is ridiculous. Getting any form of help to resolve my issues has taken this long. This is insane. Staff were beyond rude, the place was disgustingly dirty, I would never recommend someone to eat here. Let’s also not forget, I witnessed them putting my sandwiches and EVERYONE else’s sandwiches on dirty counters with absolutely NO paper wrapping underneath. Cashier girl has touched cashier, counters food etc with same pair of gloves. I watched SO many health hazards in my visit. Can’t wait for this place to get a health inspection...
Read moreMy boyfriend ordered two sandwiches through DoorDash while in the area on a business trip, after a long day of work. One of which did not arrive. He contacted the store and a very nonchalant teenager said someone else forgot to put the sandwich in bag and said he could come pick it up. He explained that he ordered through DoorDash, which costs extra, to have the order delivered. They offered zero solution for him. He got credits through DoorDash to use at a later time. Then, finally ready to eat the one sandwich he DID receive, it was horribly made. He sent me a video of it and it looked ABSOLUTELY disgusting. That thing was soaked, I’d even say it was swimming. He choked it down because he was starving and he already wasted so much time correcting the initial error on their part of the other missing sandwich. However, if it were me, I wouldn’t be able to eat it. It looked absolutely nasty. This business needs to work on hiring more competent employees or learn how to train them to properly address a simple order of two sandwiches. I have to wonder what the missing sandwich must have looked like, say he did go out of his way to pick it up himself after he ordered it for delivery. I bet it was soaked and nasty as well. Read moreMultiple occasions I have gone here and it feels like the service has gotten worse and worse. One time I ordered online and went to pick up. There were no customers in the store, a couple workers behind the counter and one or two workers at the tables sitting. I go up and ask for my order and the kid from the table comes over and takes 5-10 minutes to make a simple sub then proceeds to drown it, DROWN it in oil and vinegar.
Another time I go in and order in store a sandwich from the grill. I go and sit down and wait. 15-20 min go by and people that have ordered after me from the grill have gotten their food and left even some free sandwiches the employees hand out to a friend/family member. I go up and ask where's my sandwich and the grill guy says he doesn't have a ticket like that's my fault. I told the order I shouldn't have to manage you. "Oh hey why is that guy sitting there for the past 20 minutes looking at us? Maybe we missed something and should check on him."
Which brings me to my next point, do they even have a manager here? I don't think I've seen anyone there to make these people move at a normal pace. It's like the owner decided to just staff it with people from RMU and let...
