TERRIBLE. donāt waste your time here. I ordered a coffee and banana walnut bread via mobile app. Been loyal Starbucks customer and app user for years. All said 9 mins until order ready for pickup. I was 10 mins away. Took 41 mins to get my very simple order. Bread was ice cold by time coffee came out. Several people ordering around me the barista said their āticket didnāt printā which is apparently the only way the get alert d of mobile orders to actual make them. Girl in front of me was there longer than me! Place has no organization. Straight chaos. People standing everywhere. I will give the main barista credit she worked fast/hard making drinks 2 at a time both hands but still was the only one making drinks. She was not overly polite by any means and rather rude when I had to ask at 35 mins āwhereās my coffee, my bread been here in the pickup line for 30 minsā. No offer of credit or free drink card. Thatās unacceptable. Missed an appointment due to this and showed up 20 mins late. People canāt wait 40 mins for drive up drive thru or libel app for a coffee. If the app told me ācome in 45 minsā I wouldnāt have went or ordered know this.

They have a long table with stools and a long window table with stools but only a couple of leather (or faux leather) seats. They tend to run out of food/bakery items in the afternoon. Now for the good: The staff is well trained and friendly. I have recently been avoiding sugar for dietary needs. They have made great menu suggestions and items alterations on how to limit my sugar intake. I have tried most of them and we're quite delicious. If I got a drink that I felt tasted too sweet, they re-made it. I have also witnessed the staff handle patrons that have human dignity and mutual respect issues. For the price iām paying, I expect amazing quality. Instead, my breakfast wrap came out frozen inside but it was so busy I didnāt feel like complaining at the time. Well then it look 20 minutes after I got my food until my drink came out. Turns out they forgot about me as I watched other customers order, wait, and receive their order. I always place my order ahead of time on the app and itās disappointing to wait 35 minutes total to get a cold sandwich and to be forgotten about.
