I placed an online order and came to pick it up. To start no one acknowledged me when I walked in. 3 workers 2 helping customers and the other doing something on a register. A quick “be with you in a minute” would have sufficed. I finally walk over to someone and tell them I have an online order pick up. They told me no I didn’t,then said I’m at the wrong store. (I wasn’t)..I show them my email as proof and Karen..perfectly suited name for this woman btw..told the guy that was helping me to get back to his customers and they would get with me when ever they could..apparently if you have already purchased online and they have your money then your irrelevant. Karen never once spoke to me..could be she didn’t see me with the huge bow she had on her head..idk..what I do know is that she was unprofessional while trying to be professional. Anyway an older man came out and said they thought I was a live customer? Whatever that means and I told him that I told them I came in to pick up an online order. He was nice tho..didn’t catch his name. Only upside is earrings are pretty.

Read moreSo I took my morganite rose gold ring in to be tightened and, then saw that the ring was bent… so they were going to fix that as well (my ring is plated rose gold) I know this and when they asked me the value I said idk around $300 (it’s not an expensive ring) but I love it and it’s exactly what I wanted.
Needless to say the manager got an attitude with my fiancé about them having to dip it and it “not a real ring” (umm it’s a ring that goes on my finger, it pretty real to me) Well when I got home later that afternoon I looked and saw they had dipped it in yellow gold, not rose gold…. When I called they said of course we can fix it
Took it back in and it’s been over 2 weeks still haven’t heard anything… oh and it was a reaction from the dipping process that turned it yellow, but they were still going to order a new dip to fix it 🤷🏻♀️
Been calling all day and havent been able to get through… throughly disappointed in not only the customer service but the attitude in general of the people...
Read moreWorst place ever. I bought an engagement ring from Helzberg that has been an absolute nightmare since I proposed. The ring has been in for repair 3 times in less than 10 months. Chris the old store manager informed me that I would be able to return the ring, low and behold he is no longer there and Karen is the one I had to deal with. She told me that no refunds are offered even though I purchased the LifeTime Guarantee that clearly states a refund can be issued. Karen also proceeded to tell my Fiancé that she is to not wear the ring at work (office job), sleeping, and that rose gold was fragile and only for show purposes. So next step is to go above the store to corporate and long story short corporate hung up on me twice and the ring still has not been fixed with no solution. I'm extremely unsatisfied with their customer service and will never make another purchase from a Helzberg. Truly Helzberg does not even deserve a single...
